Been ordering from them for close to 10 years. My favourite reasonably priced sushi place in Dubai. Portions are large compared to other places and I've always enjoyed the food flavour and quality. Presentation could be better for some dishes, but in my opinion the taste makes up for it. Rice is never overly cooked and fish has always been fresh in my orders. My top picks are Alaska and Manhattan rolls, and Katsu Curry.

Low Quality Sushi Rolls.

Just ordered a couple of Sushi rolls as home delivery, the quality is really bad!!!
I literally dumbed half of it in the trash.

On the other hand : Delivery was so quick- 25 min

Wonderful & Co-operative Staff Specially Mr. Faizan ( Good Person ).
Best Sushi I had in Dubai.
Good price and good quality. I come atleast 3x a month with friends :)
Nice outdoor view as well as it is facing the JLT lake area

Instagram: @makram.radwan, A disappointing experience at a place supposedly offering decent food. I was shocked of the quality and even more shocked how people gave it a 5 stars. I’m not talking about the taste since I couldn’t differentiate much between them, but I’m talking about the quality of food and how on earth would I be served a mango coated maki’s with the mango being almost green/unriped and crunchy!!!!!!!!!!!! The same for the avocado in some of the pieces !!!!!!!!!!! Despite being cute in a very careless way. Extremely shocked.

This Japanese restaurant is set in JLT next to the man-made lake. It has a wide variety of offerings including hot and cold appetisers, soups, salads, rice dishes, bento boxes, platters, stir fried dishes, noodles, and probably their specialty - sushi and sashimi.

The restaurant is quite casually but nicely fitted out. It's not a large restaurant, but combining indoor seating (some with split system air conditioning directly facing some very breezy seats which is better during the summer months), al fresco tables, and outdoor lounge seating by the lake there's quite a lot of options during the cooler months.

At present, there's a weekend promotion on Friday to Sunday from 3pm to close where for AED89 plus VAT you can order as much food as you can eat from the menu (except a limit of 10 pieces of sashimi, and excluding a few items such as the black cod miso, platters and bentos). The quality of the sushi is very good for the price you pay under the promotion (regular prices are not that cheap), but a couple of the cooked appetisers were quite average (tempura prawn batter was too heavy and the chicken gyoza a bit bland). If you are hungry, this deal is well worth it.

This is not good quality sushi. I will not order again and I don’t suggest anyone to order from this place. 1 and a half hours to deliver and it was a mess when we received it. We tried swallowing the sushi but just couldn’t. Sadly we had to throw it all out. Never again!!! Maybe dining there is a different experience. I don’t know. It was my first time and last time.

Wonderful! ???????????????? ???? Totally hit the spot and the nicest sushi we’ve tasted in a long while. All thanks to RJ for helping us choose from their menu and although we waited about 10/15 mins well worth it as every choice was freshly prepared by chefs ????u200d???? in a glass front kitchen. We enjoyed seared salmon nigiri made with secret home made sauce, spring onion and grated ginger. Tiger roll a basic California topped with Ebi sushi ???? mayonnaise and tobiko and sake maki, salmon with seafood on the outside and more. All awesome to taste served on slate platters with musabi and generous serving of pickled ginger. Sabir our waiter was attentive and ensured we had all we needed. Thanks for a great late afternoon dining experience Hako Sushi we think you rock! ????????????u200d????????????

Wide variety of authentic Japanese food including variety but not all kind of sushi
The taste is pretty good and very much acceptable but wouldn’t say the best
The food is fresh and service time is acceptable
Yes I would like to try more dishes from there and do recommend them with their reasonable prices
