The delivery time is so slow and they don’t forecast the actual time, they say 20-30 min but orders take over 1 hour, food cold and bad quality …. Very bad service

Overall food was fresh and hot and as per instructions but the Santa Fe wasn’t what I expected. The jalapeño poppers were simple no seasoning or flavour just the jalapeño and cheese taste and strips were good ???? 100 Aed for 2 people

I simply love to try out fast foods such as Hardee's that we don't have in eastern Europe. And this one is a really nice switch after McDonald's.

I really recommend Steak loader sandwich super juicy and curly fries which are crispy is a must to try they are my favourites and delivery arrived very quick

Hardee’s always has the best service since I grownup.! But today a terrible incident happened at JLT branch around 11:37 pm, imagine yourself when they refuse to take your order & tell you in a very rudely way front of other people’s to go & order from machine & at the same time they will take order from the other person.! I felt it very embarrassing front of other people’s, like why they refused to take my order.! I never experienced this disrespectful behavior in my entire experience in UAE.!
I’m not a complaining person but this is very embarrassing.!

It was horrible experience in this branch there is one African cashier called Sara has very bad attitude when I was asking her about the app she was telling me this not my job and I don’t know how to use it and she left me , Hardees please choose your staff carefully who can handle customers and have the minimum customer service skills but these ppl working now has zero attitude and zero customer service

This Hardee's is just down there at my office building so I feel it really comfortable yet economical to have wraptor deal very attractive as compare to JLT's normal food prices. However, burger combos/meals are good to kill your hunger, yet a little expensive.

Any one need Hardee's take change money.always not have change
Am come last time she black lady same like not have even 50 aed not have change. Is better Hardee's closed restaurant . Staff is not professional . Very bad takeing oder lady . Please manager take action . This is not Hardees like . Am like Hardee's . But this brach not good please take action your staff. We are your customer and this is our Right ????.Thank You management
