A quick and easy fast food restaurant in the food court, the service I received from the lady at the counter was fine and friendly enough. Food-wise, I tried a chicken wrap. It wasn't bad, but the chicken in the sandwich was quite salty making it not that pleasant to eat.

It was bad experience for me, cashier guy name daniel seems mad while taking our orders. He even give us wrong orders even though he repeat the orders end of transaction. I told him curly spicy fries for 3 orders but we received and he punch the normal fries. This is not satisfying at all. For customer service and hospitality service. ????

Ordered on the kiosk and after half an hour NOTHING was ready. When I complained, the kitchen said they didn't see the order because was done on the kiosk. Great organization. Left the place without my paid food as it was still to be prepared and I ran out of time. It was 9 pm and there was no queue. Just total disorganisation. Never again to this Hardee's.

The Star burger is amazing, one of the best I've had. But I wouldn't recommend the chicken burgers, stick with the beef.

Extremely bad service! I came to Hardees Marina Mall. Ordered meal from slow and sleepy lady on the counter and took additional orange juice and ask do not put ice. Once I received I realized there is ice and ask lady which served to change it. With unhappy face she replied: "There is no ice inside. We did not put ice in our juices". I asked her what is that then and she even opened plastic cup and still shows me juice full of ice and keep repeating: "There is no ice...". After long time argue finally she change it.

So if you want to spoil your mood in weekend or any other day, welcome to Hardees! And it seems like management do not really care what reviews customers write here...

P.S.: Never again will eat this fastfood! Better to eat somewhere else where u will be treated like human.

Burger was not hot, there is no refill drink as other branches does have.

And the funny part is no body care

Shame on You, how does this Disgusting restaurant even exist in Dubai
I have send an Email to Dubai Municipality to close this restaurant, Tomorrow I will go and open case in the Court also.

Hi. I was in the branch last night around 10 pm and I order one meal but when I ask for 1 pack of mayonnaise the sales lady she ask me to pay 1 Dhs which is not an issues and btw I'm hardees customer and I'm always asking for mayonnaise and never anyone ask me to pay.
but the way she is speaking is like she dont like to answer why I need to pay or don't like even to talk to customer.
