I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the food I received from your restaurant. I ordered a meal that included fries, and when it arrived, I was dismayed to find that they were like plastic, cold and completely unappetising. The rest of the food was also cold, and it was clear that it had been left sitting out for some time before being delivered.

As a paying customer, I expect to receive food that is fresh, hot, and appetising, but my experience with your restaurant fell short of my expectations. I am deeply dissatisfied with the quality of the food I received and would like to request a refund or a replacement meal.

I do hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take measures to ensure that your food is prepared and delivered to a higher standard in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Order placed at 2:49pm. promised delivery time 30 minutes.
It’s 4pm now and I’m still waiting, also I have to go now, so will have to eat it cold… if they deliver

Been waiting for more than half an hour now for a single burger. One of the staff in the counter keeps shouting on the kitchen to work on the orders.

Its ok but a bit disappointing.. i was expecting that the softdrinks would be in cup but instead they delivered the one in bottle and its not even cold. the irony is, their fries is cold and hard

No mayo and not spicy is with mayo and spicy. Don't bother customizing your order. Employees were helpful, though. But this place in specific in infamous for food poisoning. I hope I am ok after today's meal.

I ordered at 1:25 and they didn’t delivered till 3:30 and still waiting
Called the customer service number they are useless and promised to solve the issue and unable to refund

Extremely poor communication and app ordering! I ordered through the app and they didn’t send the order through! I waited nearly 40 mins for my food and they couldn’t even communicate with me to tell me the order didn’t come through! It’s only when I asked how long the food is gonna take!
They are awful at following special instructions such as no lettuce!
They called me even after everything was sorted by the very good staff from that store
to tell me to make payment for something that I had already paid for!
They need to be trained further especially when it comes to communication and in app order!

The W O R S T delivery team in UAE!! Staff cannot understand what you say… they are t able themselves to make customers understand what they want to say… they LAY to customers and they just understand anything !!!!!!!!! That make you waste energy and time in several calls that lead nowhere and at the end they won’t be able to simply drive a bike a deliver one burgers. Do not waste your time and money with them
