Another fast food burger joint that’s a classic in UAE/KSA! Their Mushroom n Swiss is an absolute go-to! And their cheese steak is pretty good too.

One of worst experience with Hardees.
I visited around 10 pm to grab a meal.
They are charging for any addition in the burger any ketchup, Mayyonise, pickles, cheese.
Its fine. But the service shouldn't be compromised at all.
They forgot to bring the drinks first.
When I asked, the bring the drinks with Ice.
Which was looks like they filled in a glass before.
Management should need to consider these small updates. Its very necessary to maintain the brand reputation as well.
Overall average experince.

25 minutes late, food is barely warm. The only reason I'm not forcing a refund through Deliveroo is because I can't be bothered. You lost a regular customer.

Great food & service! Not too busy/noisy.
Only downside: the chairs & tables are too small inside (max two people per table) so outside is a better option when the weather is nicer :)

High quality & tasty, but the sandwiches size are not valuable against the prices.
Preparation time somehow delayed compared to the fast food restaurant, but I ate in it within a rush hours.
So I’ve to revisit the lead time of order during the normal hours.

The manager at this branch is HORRIBLE to her staff! She was abusing them in their local language (Tagalog, I know this because my colleagues were with me at the time who are also from Philippines.) The language she was using was absolutely horrendous and all the staff looked terrified to be working with her. Can someone please look into this? It goes against employee rights.
