Nice place and excellent staff, happy and lively. I requested that my fries were a bit salty in a flash they gave me a portion of fresh fries.
That's called amazing service.

To be honest, the experience was not as good as I expected. They made a mistake in my order and so had to return it back so they can fix it. The fact that you have to fill your drink from the machine without having any instructions how to do so and the fact that they get you the food without a tray makes everything confusing to anyone new to Hardees. I think staff should coordinate more without fighting in-front of customers. The food was ok and so was the cleanness of the place. Customer service should be improved substantially. I think other branches are good as I used to eat from Hardees when I was a kid.

Missed the drivers delivery call at 8:58pm and called back ar 9:03. They then blamed me that the driver left and went back to the store with my food. Why would the driver not leave the food at the door? . And why would he not pick up the phone call after just five minutes? Almost two hours of waiting for a delivery and no compensation from the branch absolutely terrible customer service.

All the staff is very nice and helpful.

Food was tasty ????, dining and carhop available. Plenty of parking space available.

The behavior of the staff was very nice as it was my first experience. Highly appreciate. Specifically Rubal was there to asisit me and he is such a nice guy.

Very bad service food was not fresh and service level have completely dropped , very dissatisfied with the customer service staff and food lady standing there was unprofessional
