A medium-sized venue with indoor and outdoor sitting available.

We ordered Steak Beaf Burger, order took 20 minutes to complete and they were soft and juicy.

It's also on the main rode with drive-through and parking available.

Very disturbing place to eat since the Manager kept shouting to his staff and his voice is vibrating to the whole dining area.
I should have done take away instead of dine in.
We are here now 18/06 @ 22:11 and we stayed for about 20mins and the Manager on duty is the rudest.
Those staff is not slave for you to shout the whole time where all the customers sitting are looking at the counter when he started shouting.

I hope someone from top Management can do something about it. Not a good place to eat and definitely not a good place to work, poor those staff on duty. ????

Am a regular customer but very frustrated with the online application, it seems there is deliberate fraud of the system, I ordered a meal which was never delivered but 84 aed deducted from card, its been 3weeks of empty refund promises. I have visited my regular branch but all staff a shying away with a smile, it seems they are aware of this act or several people are complaining of it with out solution.

If the application is not working to standard, keep it off, rather than cheating your royal customers.

One must and should try this restaurant if you haven’t already you are missing out on one of the best burgers places !!!!
This was my first meal in dubai and I couldn’t have asked for more.
Juicy beef patty with crispy spicy curly fries.

Great staff
Great ambiance with outdoor seating available too.

First of all, I should say that the quality and taste of the foods was good, but there is a reason why I gave a low rating. First of all, when you sit down to eat, the bathroom smells a bit, and if you are a sensitive person, it will bother you. The second thing is that we ordered 8 meals, one of them was mistaken and they replaced it and brought the rest of the food, and that one person ate alone. The California hamburger was very delicious and attractive. Another interesting thing about Hardee's that I didn't know is that you can take your drinking glass as much as you want and fill it up and eat it.

The drive thru is slow, and many a times they keep missing your order. Food is good otherwise. I would improve the rating if they could give me the order I ask for.

Julie the supervisor and staff Puspa and Binita were amazing. So friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We were tourists from London and had a long day and meeting Julie and Staff was the highlight to our day. Such wonderful staff are tough to come by and a true credit to their seniors.

Many thanks Hardees keep up the great work.
