Had a MRI this afternoon which i was dreading due to having bad Claustrophobia. After 3 attempts and the 2 staff members this afternoon i did it. The staff were fantastic to me kind considerate and very caring Big Thank you to you both

This is a modern, friendly and efficient district hospital providing a range of on-demand and appointment services (check their web site as these can change). There is no A&E here. Toilets and a cafe are open to the public with clear signage to help find them. I have always found the staff to be welcoming and caring. There is a reasonable sized car park that is a little expensive but there is lots of free roadside parking close by. It's a short walk from Cromer town centre and the seaside pier. All in all a much nicer experience than visiting the huge county hospitals.

Service was very prompt. But put off by a nurse telling me to turn my head the other way to protect her because I told her that I was exempt from wearing a mask. What kind of science is this? She was downright rude, demanded to know why I was exempt and tbh should not be working with patients with this attitude. We all live without masks in every other aspect of our lives. Does she say this to bus drivers and shop staff who do not wear masks? I was there for a hand injury, I exhibited no respiratory issues.

Took a neighbour for her check up. Tried the restaurant. Looks good but very limited choice. Only items Gluten Free are a packet of crisps or fruit salad. Not the place to go if you are expecting cheerful staff. Coffee was ok. Don't make a special trip here!

Parking isn't a problem and only £2. The staff are all very helpful and kind. There is a small cafeteria which is good to wait in if you are accompanying anyone.

They really need to replace the receptionist in the breast screening clinic. She was miserable and rude. Such an unpleasant experience dealing with her.

I have just had screening at Cromer hospital for aortic aneurysm. What a fabulous service. My scan took place 22 minutes after I left home! Instant results (all good). Thank for being here for us all!

And now sitting in their new and immaculate cafe having a coffee.

I recently attended the out patients dept. at Cromer hospital and can honestly say that the service provided could not be improved upon. Parking is easy, the hospital is spotlessly clean in all public areas, all members of staff that I spoke to were welcoming and informative , and the medical attention I received was thorough and professional. It is a great pity that there are so few hospitals in Britain that are able to meet this high standard.
