I am having such a great experience at Thapalboomi for my 300hrs teacher training. I have been very lucky to have stayed for a month, and everyone has been very welcoming, and provided such a fantastic bespoke experience. I say experience, as this has not been just training. I have been made to feel like part of the Hatha Vidya family.

My first experience with yoga is exactly her in Hatha Vidya Yoga Class and I am so happy and grateful to be here and to have great teacher Deepa. If you are looking for place where you can feel totally Peace, Calm, time only for you it is exactly here. I can’t wait to start another level ????u200d♀️❤️????

I have been learning yoga at the Hatha Vidya Yoga Classes & Training Centre at Al Barsha for quite some time now.

Initially I joined on the push from my wife with no expectations as my body was stiff and my flexibility very poor.

Without a doubt over a period of time my flexibility has improved tremendously, and my body is quite relaxed as well.

The entire credit for this goes to the relentless perseverance and confidence given by the yoga instructors Deepa and Ulpula who are experts and qualified trainers.

They ensure that you always get all the help and personal attention at all times, and the fees are reasonable.

I strongly recommend this institute for beginners as you are guided in the right way and for those who are already doing yoga and need expertise to go to the next level.

My experience with Hatha Vidya yoga classes has been incredibly positive, and I have seen significant changes in myself both physically and mentally. I had never imagine that I would be able to perfom certain poses which clearly I can now being so stiff. I am grateful for the practice of yoga and the positive impact it has had on my well-being. I highly recommend Hatha Vidya Yoga classes to anyone seeking to improve their physical fitness, reduce stress, increase mindfulness, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Kudos to the Yoga teachers Urpula, Deepa and Hetal who has been with me patiently through this journey of transformation.

I started classes around 6 months ago and I am very happy of my choice. Hatha Vidya Yoga school is the right place if you want to learn the true pillars of yoga and practice all asana in a traditional ways.
My teacher, Ms Deepa, is very attentive to all my movements and is there to support me at all times.
The great part is that you always have a sort of private class each time you enter the studio, as the practice is tailored on you.
Highly recommended!

Started my classes not long ago and already very happy with overall result! Yoga instructor Deepa is top expert with qualified individual approach to every student. It’s extremely convenient that you can chose your preferred time of the sessions and that schedule can be adapted to your daily routine. Very relaxing and at the same time professional atmosphere at the studio. After each session my body feels so stretched, light and toned. Hatha Vidya school is definitely highly recommended for all who wants to improve the physical abilities, heal existing body issues, keep your body in excellent shape and find your piece of mind!

I was practicing yoga from 2018. The interest grows deeper after I took few group classes, and I decided to research more on its concept and its principles which leaves a profound effect on me but at the same time I realized that I was not doing it correctly. Yoga these days are focused more on Asanas, whereas I learned that Asanas are just 10% of yoga. All the more the stretching also requires correct pattern of breathing (inhale and exhale) to allow mind-body alignment. I then started looking for classes offered by other schools, and none meets my expectations. My search ended with Hatha Vidya Yoga. I accidently came across while watching some program on YouTube. Indeed, the program is very well designed and structured to meet the individual needs. One of the best things about Hatha Vidya Yoga is that they do not offer stereotype group classes rather the teacher is providing 1:1 class to each induvial with the basics of how to connect your breath with the posture (this was what I was looking for). The course is divided into basic, intermediate, and advance program with simple steps to prepare your body to perform complex asanas smoothly. All the instructors / staff are not only knowledgeable but very dedicated and committed. I am very impressed with the intricacies they follow to ensure we embed the right approach during our practices. The class encompasses, pranayama followed by asana and meditation to stabilize the body and mind which is the best part of practice. The classes are flexible offered from morning till evening as well as on weekends. The payment is also flexible to avoid any burden on the pocket and the cost worth the money we spend.
My teacher is Deepa is very friendly and knowledgeable person, and I am happy that I am learning the basics of yoga under her supervision. After knowing that i am very keen to learn more about yoga she motivated me to step up. Hence after finishing my basic course, I decided to opt for teacher training program. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The school has 3 branches which covered most of the areas in Dubai

The Staff (the teachers) are really supportive, friendly and helpful I tried online and F2F sessions with them and both of them are same quality

There is usually a weekly workshops : I really enjoy them as it gives me an opportunity to know more about the yoga community and the theories behind the techniques and the methods

I highly recommend for anyone interested in yoga classes and Yoga teachers courses
They are covering all the topics of the Yoga , Meditation, theory, philosophy also follow up your daily practice and routine

For me this is was such a great experience to try it with an amazing groups and students.

There is another great option with them the payment method I did it through Tabby which is great for anyone don’t have the full amount now
The atmosphere of the Yoga Studio such a wonderful place full with plants and senses
I feel great with that beautiful view and the atmosphere while practice.

We had a wait of over an hour for our food which was good but quite a lot of dishes were sold out an the menu is not huge to begin with. The staff were attentive but the dining room was very dimly lit. It was 8pm by the time the food arrived. More light please.
I had heard very good reports of this placenbut have to say I was a tad disappointed but I will give it another shot.

Just called in for lunch, not been before but will definitely be going again. Staff were lovely and polite. But the food.....wow. It was beautiful. Dave had the steak pie and the meat was so tender and lots of it. I had fish pie, it was piping hot when it came out and was still piping hot 15 minutes later. Tons of fish, prawns and topped off with mash and cheese. Would highly recommend ????

Stopped here while we had a day on the canal boats very friendly and polite and the food we would highly recommend was served nice and hot all freshly made we will definitely be going back again

Just turned up on the off chance. A table was found for us without any fuss. The food was excellent and so was the service. Posh pie was gorgeous...

It was great to see the pub back to its vibrant, busy bustling self after many years of not being so good. Highly recommend the food, best meal I've had in ages.

Fantastic food and fantastic service. Stopped here wholst on a canal boat. There was 9 of us and all of the food came out at the same time. Thank you.
