It is an exceptionally lovely climate. It is a joy to see such a watery climate in a nation like Dubai. The spot is all around kept up with and naturally exceptionally lovely. This is my most memorable involvement in kayaking. This spot is affected to be extremely lovely.

Amazing view! And only an hour from the city. Hatta is still part of Dubai so the speed limit rule is the same.
Be ready to walk uphill, the parking area is down the hill and there's a short hike up to reach the dam.
Kayaking is a must! More fun with friends.
I had no idea how to kayak but I went anyway, and have the most fun doing it while moving in circles. There was no kayaking, just hysterical laughter. Good times.

I was here months ago and tried the tour when they opened again after the pandemic. The water rides they offered are affordable, can be paid with cash or card. WE HAD FUN! Watch the pics!♥️

Visited in the summer so it was a bit hot. Looking forward to returning in the Fall to do some kayaking and also at some point the dining/retail oasis at the base of the dam will be completed. The construction project looks extremely promising.

Awesome place to feel fresh. Can do multiple activities here. Book tickets in advance otherwise you will have to be in queue for 30- 60 minutes especially on weekends where there is too much crowd. Kayaking is the fun part there and then you can go to nearby restaurants to basic feed. Indian restaurants and ice cream are also there. Parking is down but you can take the car till the dam to drop your family and then come down to park the car there.

Amazing destination for sightseeing, trekking, kayaking and adventure rides in the dam. The view of hills from the different angles and areas of the dam is spectacular. Kayaking activity itself amazing in the deep blue fresh sweat water. It’s rare in middle eastern countries. I recommend Hatta to residents of UAE who didn’t visited yet. The drive to the place is very scenic too.

Good place during the winter or late evening as summer time is not a ideal time to visit with kids because of extreme hot weather. Some time ago when I visited we were allowed to use our car to go up to the dam, but now there’s a parking away from the dam and free shuttle bus service to the dam. The kayak service is the major attraction near the dam. There’s enough information available on the web for the kayak service. Singles and families and kids will definitely love the place provided the weather is good. Wonderful place for photography. There’s few other activities like cycling, trekking etc. there’s 2 shops on the dam for drinks and snacks.

It is a very beautiful environment. It is a pleasure to see such a watery environment in a country like Dubai. The place is well maintained and ecologically very beautiful. This is my first experience with kayaking. This place is influenced to be very beautiful.
