I totally loved my stay here. Nestled in between the majestic Hajar mountains with bathroom facilities and running water. Sitting area and barbecue grills available. So
Convenient. Will definitely be back with a larger group ????

My family and I have had a wonderful camping experience here. We highly recommend it to anyone especially young families with small children: Running water, bathrooms, safe location with fireplaces to cook or just have some fun … The two gentleman that look after the place were most helpful. Thank you!

Very nice camping place. We stayed with our tent, but there are fixed ones too. Spacious with a fireplace for everyone. We were offered the grill with wood and warm tea. There's a few toilets, but only cold water

Its a really nice camp, but it gets crowded and people can get loud with music. More of a fun group experience rather than a fully authentic and immersed camping experience. Its a great place with nice views and super kind staff. Bringing friends is great and renting a diwaniya or small hut is cheap 150AED/night.

Amazing place to relax, chill out and spend time with those you love. The estate is in a forest on the side of a hill to the north of Ballater. The lodges sleep 4, 6 or 8 people for self catering and in an upside down format giving you wonderful views of royal Deeside on the river Dee. Lodges contain all you need and can be rented when owners are away. There is lots to do in Ballater only 20min walk from the estate and the Balmoral estate a few miles on the way to Braemar.

Well appointed apartment and comfortable. We were in a 1 bed sleeps 4 and, at the last minute, our daughter and partner came with us - which made the space for 4 a little tight (only one bathroom/toilet). Ideal for 2 though. Pleasant resort with good location and environment. Food in the Lounge (Bistro closed at the moment) good though limited menu (especially for veggies like us). Good facilities.

We have enjoyed the facilities here since 1988 and return every year. In the lodges originally the superior quality of the furnishing, crystal, radio/cd systems were of a much higher quality.There were three first class restaurants but now there is only a lounge bar for food! I guess this is a sign of the times!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Been here a number of times over the years. It is getting tired. I think it is the same decor we had when we came 25 years ago. Overall the resort is lovely, good location and that probably saves it. New bar area is very nice.

Beautifully set amongst the tree's right next to craigendarroch, this is an ideal getaway for couples or family's with plenty to do in the surrounding areas.self catering lodges are packed with all the necessities for every day living, will definitely be back.

The lodges are clean and well kept. The leisure facilities are very good as well and the pool will keep children entertained for a good while. The menu in the restaurant had plenty choice and was very good as well. No complaints.

Had two timeshares for this place November this year. Unfortunately lockdown prevents us from going.
So we have paid £2000 plus maintenance yearly for 25 years plus and Craigendarok can offer us nothing.
Not even a small discount off a future booking
Beware of the small print before you buy a timeshare!!
Having said that - anyone want to buy a timeshare???
