Good place to make kids tired.
They can release all their energy by jumping and messing around.

Minimum height of 90 cm is required to enter the venue.

Absolutely the place to be for all 2+ kids. It is basically an artificial soft mountain which is easy to climb (possibly filled up with sand). Price is acceptable and you even get a pair of free special climbing socks for the child. Adults are allowed to join free of charge but must purchase a pair of socks in order to climb the mountain together with their kid. Located opposite the carousel. Staff is polite. Beware their opening time is not from 10am as of now, but from 12pm.

The kids enjoyed it very much. But they should open a second counter because you will be waiting for too long.

1/ Only one ticket window and waiting line is around 20 minutes.2/Socks window should be alone as alot of kids needs to enter quickly while others are consuming time in buying and wearing socks. 3/ the two ladies inside the play area are not in the right place at all. They stopped my kid 3 times while she was playing just to check the time !!! Seriously ?! the kid need to play! we are here to have fun not to be stopped by staff and calculate each second inside. this made the game experience too bad. These ladies dont help kids to jump. They dont support kids or play with them. They are just their to ruin the smile on children face. alot of parents around me were complaining the same thing. please keep kids play and have fun we are paying 40 aed for 40 minutes its also over prices so at least let them play without hunting.

The Manager in La Mer branch along with the staff is very rude. We used to enjoy our stay here before but we dont know the staff and manager in charge feb 19, 2022 were extremely rude. We did not finish the time that we paid bec of the bad experience.

Good place for kids to have fun... Kidooz will really enjoy the area.. Price is reasonable.. Staffs are polite. 25AED for 15 mins and 40AED for 40 minutes.
