I ordered a cake, cupcakes, pops, biscuits and macrons for my katb ketab.
We had agreed the total cost will be 1030 dirham and the 30 dirham will be for delivery guy. She sent me the receipt of 1030 dirham and I forwarded it to my husband to send the money to her bank account, he thought I would pay the 30 dirham to the delivery guy when I receive the cakes and I thought he would send it to her bank account so there was a misunderstanding and he ended up sending he 1000 only.
She sent a 3 minute voice note on the day itself blaming me for not giving her her rights and that she worked so hard and she was very disrespectful. I was truely shocked because I paid her 1000 it’s not like I would care about paying 30 dirhams . She kept repeating that she worked so hard for everything as if it was not her job. We told her we will send her the money and not to worry, but I sent her a voice note of how upset I was by the way she was talking, and when she replied I just ignored her message so she kept sending me messages and calling me and saying “you are ignoring my messages so you are ensuring what I said about you that you are eating my rights”
My mom replied to her and told her to stop making me upset on my wedding day and that we will Write a bad comment on her . Then I blocked her so she messaged my friend that gave me her number and told her that she will call the police if we right a bad comment because it’s considered threatening. I worked as mystery shopper with a well known company and I was testing the customer service of 200 + stores and wrote reports so I know well how employees should treat the customers.
