Indeed healthy food with the nutritional facts of each meal. Tidy, cosy , sunny place with outdoor terrace available. They have bookshelves with books , for reading while enjoy your meal.
We ordered Super Duper salad, Egg white tacos and for the desert Heavenly layers - its avocado with granola, yogurt and honey. In Super Duper salad was too much kale and less other ingredients. Egg tacos was delicious ????. Total bill for al above 90 plus Aed. Good value for money, but i wish they could increase a bit their portions. Polite , helpful staff. Definetly we will come back again to try other meals from their interesting menu.

Good healthy food that is well priced. I have been here twice and the service has been extremely slow like 25min to receive my meal. Compared to a place like kcal, that is way too slow. The food quality and presentation is okay to good. I had a chicken sandwich with peanut butter which was very good but awkward to eat.

Tried kofta - very delicious prepared fresh got discount through repeat they got entertainer on delivery too. Chill vibes. Cool staff. Defiantly coming back.

Hey guys! I'm a vegetarian. It's hard to get a proper vege meal in Dubai. But let me share this wonder with you. I ordered Vegetable Wrap, of course you won't believe the taste I felt. It's still tingling on my tongue. This is what I wanted, not what they wanted. We can really talk to Chefs there and ask for the desire.

HAYZ seem to never stop amazing me every time I try a new dish. Health and healthy food are priorities for me and to gain that with delicacy is just perfect.
My favourite is their Burger, I love it.

I ordered for a lean chicken breast with 2 Side dishes of my choice. I was happy to see the prices on the menu as it were not that high given the healthy eating is usually expensive. The server was good and friendly as she made some recommendations too to place the order. I will surely visit again.

We keep going to this place as it is one of the best healthiest places around. You'll get breakdown of everything you're consuming which is amazing for people who count their calories. You don't even lose on taste as it is as good as anything! Chicken burger and lettuce chicken wrap is our favourite! Go for dripping pleasures if you love deserts!
