Most inefficeint staff especially Raza Safavi. It's been more than a month I have been trying to activate my dad's account but due to their lack of skills and support nothing has been done so far. I have called many times from Pakistan to different people but everyone is laid back and absolutely no courtesy to call back. Anyone wanting to loose their sanity, time and money should open an account at this branch. Really disappointed with the ineffable lousiness of the staff.

poor bank poor customer service called so many time for my biometric account verification but they are saying they are not responsible for the NRP account if you are not why you people opening NRP accounts ?
and they need Deceleration form and i send it along all documents and never ever reply to your email now its 3 months and still nobody reply you useless bank and useless staff.

I usually do not write bad review, however this is necessary.

1. Your seucrity guards are misleading unprofessionals who interfere where not needed.

2. I only needed 1 black pen which HBL was unable to provide, and the pens at their teller desks are blue refills in black pens.

3. Due to your misleading security person, the teller refused our cheque encashment and said to get a signature of the owner as the date was written in a different color.

Is it common for you to hire unprofessional staff? Staff who will refuse to give you a black pen and later penalize you for not using one?

Went in this morning at 8.30am 06/07/2022, an emergency was having a bad allergic reaction my face swollen and numb, I said I don't have an appointment, but I need help, receptionist very flippant, arrogant responded by saying we don't have a doctor, unhelpful, showed no concern. I left to get help elsewhere. Will be looking for a new doctors, ones that actually care and will help.

Over the lockdown and Covid 18 months. I have had nothing but good experiences in callback appointments, surgery vists and nurses appts. Much appreciated.
