DO NOT BOOK WITH TECHXI! Absolutely DREADFUL service! I had prebooked a taxi to get myself and my disabled husband home from a wedding, a week in advance. When they didn't turn up, I phoned them and they informed me that they had cancelled it. They gave me no reason for this. As it was 11.45pm, I was unable to get another taxi, leaving my disabled husband with no way to get home. I phoned them again, to see if there was anything they could do and the gentleman I spoke to was extremely rude and then tried to tell me that I had never actually made a booking with them, even though they had sent me a text at 11.35pm telling me that THEY had cancelled the booking! He then hung up on me. I had to get home for my dog so had to walk 2 miles HOME, alone, in high heels, in the dark (they switch the street lights at midnight here), leaving my disabled husband at the wedding venue. Luckily, he managed to get a lift an hour later with another guest, otherwise he would've had to pay for a hotel room. Horrendous service.

Absolutely dreadful taxi company. Avoid like the plague! Booked them first thing in the morning for a 9.30pm pick up from a local event. 9.22pm they left me a message saying they weren't coming as they didn't have any cars. This is the second time they've let me down and I'd now prefer to walk than book them again!

Used to be good when were Red 7s. Booked Techxi for a trip to a restaurant and back. Trip out was cancelled 25 mins before pick up and taxi home didn’t turn up. When chasing the pick up was told it had been cancelled. Friend had a taxi cancelled earlier in the week. Avoid this company they are atrocious.

Avoid Avoid Avoid! What taxi Co drops off an 82 and 81 year old couple at their family 60th Anniversary celebration then rings up and cancels their taxi home an hour before they were due to pick up?!
Not in slightest bit regretful at swearing at them. Disgraceful company. No words! Pre-booked for a reason! ????☹️

Only didn't use this business as despite a prior reservation and written confirmation to pick up after my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary meal they then called and cancelled an hour before pick up for my 81 and 83 year old parents. Terrible and then non existent and hesitate to say service, but totally out of order. Avoid

Simple task of arriving on time can’t be managed, even gave plenty of time as a buffer. Just use someone else if you have a deadline

On 2 separate occasions I had a taxi booked from Portishead and 2-3 minutes before it was due to arrive they cancelled it. On the first occasion it meant I lost a high demand restaurant reservation I’d had for 2 months in Bristol and on the second occasion it meant I missed my train to London. AVOID AVOID if you don’t want a stressful journey.

Extremely disappointed with the appalling service I received from this company on Saturday evening. I had pre booked a taxi for a 21st birthday for 10pm for myself and a group of friends. Being such a special occasion we had events booked for later on in the evening, etc. Exactly five minutes before the taxi was due to arrive I received a call from the taxi company saying that they were unable to proceed with the booking as they had no taxis available. I was stunned, given the fact I had booked this several days in advance and had verbal/text confirmation from the company. Absolutely no alternative suggested and a very little, insincere apology given. I was then hung up on and received a text saying that my booking had been cancelled. As a result we completely missed out on subsequent plans for the evening. Any basic professionalism and customer care that anyone would expect when using a service was non existent. Avoid at all costs.
