I had to make a last minute booking, and the front desk agent was very accommodating. Checking in process was quick and easy. Only problem for me was the smell of smoke in the hallway and room. Otherwise it was a lovely stay

Very honest review:

My husband and I recently stayed there for 2 week vacation which was a big mistake. Upon arrival the lady at the counter was very rude. She did not greet us and she could not find our booking reservation. They tried to charge us for breakfast even though our initial booking was for two people and included breakfast. Because of the unorganized nature of the staff, we had to remind them. I didn't enjoy the breakfast selection so most days I would only eat eggs toast or fruit. They charged us for one pillowcase $10. I was highly upset that they were charging us $10 for a pillowcase that I'm sure didn't cost that much. Additionally, they brought us a towel that had holes in it and a pillowcase that had holes in it, which I thought was interesting because they just charged us for a pillowcase they said they couldn't use anymore. During our stay my husband and I were relaxing in bed under the blanket when the hotel staff knocked for room service. We did not answer because we did not need it. The hotel staff open the door anyway which I found highly inappropriate. I was not properly dressed and if I had not been under the blanket I would have been exposed. I would not recommend this hotel for a long stay. The hotel is not near any activities and is far from major malls. There are some small grocery stores that you can walk to if you need something. There is one small shopping mall (Circle Mall) that is walking distance but it doesn't have many stores in it. However, it does have a big grocery store inside of the mall. If you plan to stay only a few days and you don't mind not having the best customer service, I would recommend. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Extremely annoying and unfriendly front desk and duty manager, constantly trying to charge you something extra and scam you. Quoted me a price of 300 AED while online it's available for 210 including taxes. SCAMMERS AND CROOKS

Great service nice and roomy apartments.everything within walking distance. For the ladies I would highly recommend the Morocco massage.

Horrible place. Bugs everywhere, service is mediocre, management s*cks. For the price, you can find much better.

Perfect for our needs, a quick overnight stay to visit family. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Staff were friendly and very helpful, James at the front desk was polite, courteous and friendly. Breakfast was value for money and had a wide variety of choices. Thank you we will be back.

Cherry on the cake : my expensive sunglasses magically disappeared after leaving bags in the lobby waiting for check in. Do not leave your stuff unattended in this place. Considering there are cameras in every corner, I highly assume it was the hotel stuff. They even tried to convince me first, I didn’t have sunglasses ????u200d♀️ and then that they are in my bags, maybe “look again” ????u200d♀️

There was one nice thing worth mentioning: a host at the breakfast (unfortunately didn’t get his name). Even though it was busy and he was only one looking for guests (another question to management? How do you expect this poor guy to welcome, clean and serve guests at t the same time ????u200d♀️) however he went above and beyond to make sure everybody are attended.

The receptionist named Sami was unprofessional and rude. We checked out from the hotel at the middle of night even though I paid for 4 nights due to being disrespected by him.

1. NO visitors are allowed till 10pm
2. Breakfast will not be served in the room even when requested
3. Two pax checked in but only 1 towel, when requested, beach towel was provided instead of clean white one.
4. Fish like smell in the room
5. As per Sami the receptionist, no celebrations are allowed in the hotel even though no noise is heard from outside ( we did not play music just simple dinner)
6. No bedroom slippers
7. Sticky floor
