I received a bag with my plate of rice open and my soup spilled inside... as a proper restaurant you are supposed to wrap the food properly not only put it in a plastic box... when I called they blamed it that they send it with Deliveroo and thar it spelt on the way.. but if you spend a little more money you can buy a wrapping bag to wrap it properly so it doesn't spill!!!

Great food, no oil no salt and almost no fat. The creamy sauce with chicken was amazing. The black pepper sauce was very tasteful. Next time I'll try with the white rice. I had a great date over a great meal ):

Wow ordered and took 1 hour 30 minutes to delivered if the restaurant was in rak it will come sooner than this don’t order very late and my home is 10 mins from the restaurant if the order will take more than an hour it should be mentioned in talabat or whatever nice timing’s

Macros are SOOOO incorrect for so many items
I’ve called to ask them so many times but they don’t have a clue
Emailed the manager who refuses to reply
Food is delicious but totally inaccurate and unacceptable to provide such deceiving macros- it’s just unfair !

Good food but the calorie count doesn’t seem right, people are depending on this to lose weight so I hope they review their calorie count and make sure it’s correct.

Extremely unhelpful woman refused to give me my parcel without the red slip. I had the email from Royal Mail and online it says this is acceptable in place of the red slip. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the opening times weren’t so unhelpful also.

Honestly why does the government continue to subsidise what is the most disorganised and redundant organisation in the world. Out of 2 deliveries I've been to the office 5 times and each time they are utterly incapable of doing anything that remotely resembles customer service.

Why are you not updating your hours online rather than leaving a printed off A4 sheet of paper on your door. This doesn’t let anybody know that you’re shut until they’re at the door

useless! a combination of strikes and them losing my parcel means i've been trying to pick the same parcel up for two weeks now. I wouldn't mind so much but we were actually in when they supposedly tried to deliver it!

Royal Mail customer service is an absolute Joke.
I checked my tracking number - delivery due today between 9.47 and 12.47 - Cool i'll make sure im in.

Go to walk the dog at 8.30. Get back at 9.15. What do I find? Royal mail slip, attempted delivery at 09.06. Item back to delivery office. Cant collect same day, tomorrow is Sunday, I'm back at work Monday?? Impossible to contact the delivery office through royal mails pathetic national phone number. After a 30 min wait to get in touch with general customer service over the phone, basically being told its tough. They didnt even attempt to rectify issue or sort it being delivered again today or me to be able to collect same day. It really is pathetic how customer service has gone these days.

The only job of the collection office is to give people their parcels and post that they missed. You'd think you were asking for the moon on a stick! Staff often appear sullen and clearly don't want to be there. There's always a massive queue no matter what time I go and they're also not open on a Wednesday at all - why? There are so many scruffy bits of paper stuck on the door outside explaining every stipulation, code of conduct and Covid-related rule that I'm thoroughly bamboozled before I even enter. Never a pleasant experience, it makes me want to stay at home at all times so I never again miss the post!

Female member of staff said "go away as we are closed" despite the published collection times making reference to the fact that the office should be open to customers collecting their parcels. Disgusting customer service.
