Closed between 1-3pm. And then they close at 6. They seem to have very short business hours and they don’t seem to deliver. I’m trying to buy a replacement water filter for my home because the ‘heavy duty’ filter I have split and leaked. Not a good experience so far.

UPDATE - I have increased this to 4 stars from 2, because a very helpful gentleman named Nadim helped me with my issue and went over and above expectations. He's a credit to their business. They don't stock spares, which I find odd, but he helped me. I will think twice about buying Heeco hardware due to lack of spare parts.

This high Street has most shops that you need it's not pedestrianised anymore so cars can park on the high Street apart from Thursday when holywell market is on .
