I ordered today from this restaurant, as usual it came late. I mentioned to bring card machine for the payment. The delivery boy came without it. He misbehaved near my office reception and snatched the order bill in pretense to bring the card machine later. Such, misbehavior by the delivery person should always be taken seriously by the management as it could defame the restaurant image. Customer, order food and avail the service because the restaurant claims to deliver the same. Highly, disappointed by the management and the service of the restaurant. Service person was impolite, rude and filled with attitude as if he did an immense favor delivering the food to me. Sad on this blistering sunny day, went back and returned them their food. Learn to treat customers with politeness. Thanks

The restaurant is ok. Food is economical in prices. The only problem is cleanliness and staff behavior. The waiters will take order in a manner that they are doing a favor to you. The ignore what you are saying. One waiter was about to hit me. Very pathetic customer service. They have to really work on hospitality and be more customer centric. I am a Dubai resident and will suggest you to take it as a second option. In Tecom you have other better restaurants. Don't mind to pay lil extra for good food and better customer service.

Bad quality , extremely terrible tasting and having an aftertaste. Unhygienic food . If you see the restaurant you wont order from here . Both ordering and dining experience were terrible.

Please make sure before getting anything from them, No proper delivery, food quality also very bad. We had a very bad and worst experience from them, we won't give them not even 1 star.

Terrible delivery service. Ordered food to go and was given the wrong order. Nearly impossible to reach by phone and extremely unhelpful when that eventually happens. If you want to ate on your time at least you have to call before 2.30/3hour prior .
Very bad service and food. This is not the first time experience from restaurant most of the time me and my friends had same issue, that's why we are noticing to the other customers as well.
Be careful to order from here.
