I have been using Hello Bike services for the last 6 months. Very few places open up their shops at 6am. I can have a quick cycling session before heading to work. The prices are good.

Excellent service and easy booking system. Fantastic road bike made the ride a pleasure. Would certainly use again and recommend. Excellent free to use shower with lockers practically next door.

First time customer, three of us rented road bikes for the day on 23rd Nov to attempt the routes of Al Qudra Cycle Track - which the main loop starts about 15 min ride down from HelloBike shop - all on dedicated cycling route and track. Met by Suzanne at a brisk 5:30am, the Cannondale bikes all setup and ready to go, pedals fitted with footware we came with. Helmets, lights and phone holder provided. Suzanne was kind enough to allow us to get changed and leave our stuff in the back of the shop, as the main public changing rooms were not open at the time - was early mind! Great days cycling, and got back before the real heat of the day kicked in - bikes were super, no issues. Always want to support young and startup businesses - and will recommend Suzanne and her team at HelloBike Dubai.

Very nice team which were very flexible in terms of timing and material. I received a perfect setted up carbon road bike. I did not need to change anything, saddle height fitted me perfect. Pick up and return was really quick and uncomplicated. Rental shop is at entry of al qudra cycle track.

I asked the guys to tune my gears and found out that I needed to replace my cassette! No hard sell - allowed me to order from the UK and it was fitted very quickly and cheaply along with a wash! Highly recommend!

Update (May 2023) - Another successful visit! This time to get both brake cables changed! Quick, efficient, friendly and good value.

I was about to start my ride this morning and noticed that my electronic shifter cable was disconnected inside the handle bars. It meant that the ride had to be canceled. Then I noticed the Hello Bike shop and walked in, they were so welcoming, fixed my problem on the spot and sent me off on my ride. They really made my day.

My experience with this rental service has been quite negative. Bad luck I guess. During the reservation process, the site asked for my heigth, and I indicated 182 cm. This resulted in a size M, which was definetly too small for me. I trusted their judgement when I booked but it was not a good idea. I have not found any size chart in which my height suggested an M size, instead of the L that is indicated in all of the charts I have looked at. I had expressly asked for Shimano pedals, The bike I received had Look pedals instead. Since I did not start my ride directly from the pick up location, and the person that handed me the bike confirmed that my request for shimano pedals had been confirmed, I did not realize the mistake right away. The result was that I had to ride with the sneakers I was wearing. It was not pleasant.
When I returned the bike the mechanic was blamed for the mistake. The manners of the person that helped me were polite, nevertheless my overall experience was poor.

I went in to have my rear cassette changed from one set of wheels to the other. They changed it for me there and then. Super helpful and super quick. Also both people in the shop were very friendly. Thank you so much.
