Stayed at one of their places, loved the interior, so luxurious! And the hospitality was great, big thank you to the manager, she was very sweet and helpful

Been a tenant for over 3 years and counting and it's the best value for money one can find in Dubai. All the furniture is stylish well built European quality, the beds are very comfortable to sleep in at night, and overal I have nothing bad to say what so ever.

Rania and her team were very welcoming and helpful since day 1, and particularly accommodating throughout lockdown when we didn't know what tomorrow was going to bring. This in itself is rare to find humanity and understanding in a landlord in the face of such global uncertainty and fear.

Any maintenance issues we had, Mahmoud was there in no time with a smile and fixed the problem before you knew it.

I don't really do Google reviews, but this I can say is definitely a great experience from start to finish, and worth letting others know of this hidden gem.

We stayed in one of their residences, and it felt like home. Negar was very communicative and hospitable. She helped us to find a proper place considering our budget. We needed things to be arranged after our arrival and she helped us with that. The place was clean and the amenities as stated.

Let me first start by saying a big thank you to finally having & living at a property with amazing staff at the front office. A huge Thank you! I have zero complaints. I want to give a big "WOW" to Rannia. She has made my move-in really smooth and answered all my community questions. I look forward to staying here for a while.

The apartment was in great with luxury Turkish furnishing which was excellent. Negar Eftekhari was a highly professional agent, who was able to sort out our issues with great efficiency and speed. I would highly recommend her and this company in the future

Excellent service, very impressed with the pharmacy and the service we received was fantastic. I will highly recommend this pharmacy. Mak the pharmacist was exceptional and am looking forward to coming back soon.

Absolutely 5* service and a life saver. The pharmacist was incredibly helpful and managed to fill a prescription I’d been trying to get filled at numerous pharmacies for a week. It will be my first port of call in future.

I’ve had my Flu vaccine done today at this pharmacy. It was a smooth and pleasant experience. The pharmacist was expecting us and had everything ready.

With the current pandemic, I was a bit skeptical about using the consultation room ext. I must mention that every precaution has been taken to protect and safeguard customers. The consultation rooms had partitions between the pharmacist and myself.

I also had the opportunity to see the automated process of dispensing medication. State of the art technology.

Well done guys.

The community in Farnborough , Hawley, Blackwater and Cove are really lucky to have such a world class service at our doorstep.

I’ve been to this pharmacy a good few times.

Today I went to collect my medication. The service provided by Mac and his team are excellent. I could see a happy team working in there.

Social distancing measured clearly demarcated.

Easy parking. The pharmacy is in the middle of a parade of shops.

Needed a few travel vaccinations for work, but I hate needles! Chapel pharmacy were fantastic, the pharmacist has perfect bedside manner. Would highly recommend.

Using this pharmacy for quite a while. Really helpful. Lovely staff. But today I was shocked at the abrupt manner of a member of their staff on the phone. Stopping me mid sentence to say 'Wait a minute and just listen to me'. Not very polite. Maybe she didn't want to work saturdays????

Had a really good experience here. I was made to feel so at ease whilst receiving my travel vaccination and will definitely return if I require any other services. Could not recommend more- especially to those who normally find getting jabs a bit tricky!

Ear wax removal - successfully unblocked two very blocked ears. James who who performed the procedure was incredibly patient, extremely thorough and very gentle. Thank you Chapel Lane, I feel like a new woman!!
