Though I stayed here many times and I know many from the staff, while leaving the hotel this time I felt I was going to miss everyone.
Though everyone was at their best in demonstrating hospitality, would like to specially mention Siva at Q-bar. He took the hospitality to the next level. The Personalised attention and excellent connect with the guests are simply great.
Special thanks to Siva and all the other staff members there.
Would also like to thank the housekeeping team for excellent service.

Fast check in, Clean and fresh smelling rooms and lobbies, Clean bathrooms, up to date toiletries, delicious breakfast with lots of varieties. The housekeeping staff, Amin, is prompt and polite and the serving staff were just wonderful people who were always so accommodating!!.
Location for me wasn't what I expected as our daily congregation were held about 8 stations via the metro and took us quite some time to get there and back but the hotel is at least conveniently located only a 5 minute walk from the Metro station thus had the freedom to commute wherever and whenever.....
All in all I found this hotel to be a home away from home and would definitely stay here again whenever in Dubai....

Was warmly welcomed by Alice at reception - she is an excellent representative of the hotel. Was given a most welcome upgrade to a suite due to my IHG One Rewards Platinum status. I was impressed by this because the hotel was fully booked.
The suite was spacious with lots of room everywhere except for the bathroom that was a modest size. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable and I greatly appreciated the extra space during my five night stay. Wifi was excellent and there was a strong choice of TV channels.
I ordered a pizza for in-room dining and it was exactly what I needed - nice and thick with lots of topping. Any time I requested something (such as an iron) it was delivered in good time - and thanks to Daniel who make sure I had everything I needed in my suite.
The location is great. If you wish to visit the nearby Mall of the Emirates, it's best to take the road at the side of the hotel and continue until you reach a T junction. Turn left, keep walking and you'll soon see the back of the Mall.
Overall, this was a wonderful stay - great location, friendly staff, and a quiet place to relax at the end of a busy day of business meetings. This was my first time at this property and I would certainly return in the future.

It is always nice being "Home". The staff is very friendly and supportive, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choices which gives a nice variety in having my breakfasts.
The staff even know my preferences for my stay, which makes them very comfortable.

Breakfast was nice, good varieties but the space is small so you need to be early to avoid the crowds.
Downside was the rooms.. bed was very uncomfortable, duvets and pillows are old and clumpy. The pillows were really really disappointing.
