When I arrived I was tired after a long flight , I was greeted with amazing friendly staff who made the check in experience so smooth and easy, they made me feel really welcome at this hotel, this immediately raised my spirits after a long day travelling. I then got to my room which i found to be spotlessly clean and i was very impressed with the room. I then went and ate in the restaurant and the food was of such a high standard. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone heading to Dubai and I will return in the future

From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
From the front desk,housekeeping staff Madushan and his team to the restaurant servers, everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help.

Perfect place to stay, for the people who are going to visit DDW shipyard fad vendors or company workers. Breakfast very good, rooms are clean. Do not choose room at top flor. Noisy , because of HVAC ducting above.

The location is very good,Value for money, Staff very good and Helpful especially Madushan. the rooms are tidy and clean. the only issue is that the Bathroom Shower doors, Other than that no complaints, I will definitely visit it again.

The restaurant staff were exceptional Mary Ann and the other gentleman I believe he was Filipino or so. Front desk (Kay) could have been more considerate especially when I had a baby with me at that time and being a sliver elite member. Especially coming on a long journey to the hotel. Also not being professional enough by offering a smoking floor and two double beds as an option especially with a baby and my wife travelling with me. Manager was not as great and considerate despite that checking in was from 1400 as per booking confirmation and having to wait around. Overall the staff and hotel was not too bad and location.

Hotel was highly recommended. food was very good and tasty and there is a move varieties stuff very good and polite. Rooms very clean and well maintain. Definitely I will come back and I will recommended to my friends and family Thank you Madu and his Team.

We have been coming to this hotel several times and is best value for money. The housekeeping service is excellent especially Lalithkumar. Lovely at reception was extremely helpful. Only suggestion to upgrade the plumbing in the bathroom- shower and basin. Thank you.
