Very friendly staff, upgraded my room with city view free of charge. Room is very clean. Cleaning staff do a wonderful job.
Breakfast is good, but almost the same menu is repeated everyday. It'd have been better if they have varieties.

Brand within a budget. Great Hospitality & good amenities.
The food is Great with a good spread of complimentary international breakfast.
The chef is very humble & polite while taking feedback.
Ambiance of the hotel is very classy.
Well trained staff. Located next to the waterfront & can be easily accessed by metro. They also have parking facilities.
Will definitely recommend to my friends & family.

The hotel is wonderful. The staff is very kind. I especially want to thank Mr rishabh bakshi he was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. He speaks very well and he is always smiling. I will definitely return to this hotel. The food was delicious. The rooms are big and clean

This hotel is a great location. It's peaceful, within walking distance of the metro station. Close to Dubai Mall, downtown, the airport, and surrounding areas for your shopping needs. Also, a great breakfast to start your day. Noor, a room attendant, with his great smile makes your day as well. Anna, a receptionist, takes care of all my needs even the taxi. She often follows up to make sure everything went well.

Decent hotel at a good location.
The rooms were well maintained, neat and clean.
Front desk staff are cooperative and helpful.
Warm interior design. Good for a short stay for business people or small families.
Easy access to downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Business Bay metro station.
Would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

the hotel is positioned close to everything. purity was at high levels. the cleaning staff were very kind. They ask us anytime if if we needed anything.Everyday there was a variety of food for breakfast . strange how all that service costs so little lucky us. I recommend it 10/10

Rooms (yes, we had to change three rooms) smelled all of mould and humid. We requested a room move but the situation didn’t change much. At the third room, where the smell seemed to be slightly more acceptable, we had the surprise to find a big blood stain on the mattress’ topper.

At that point we would have left the Hotel, if only that didn’t mean a huge loss of time which we couldn’t afford.

The reception staff was anyway very much responsive and did their best to apologize and assist.
They deserve an applause as they did that despite a complete lack of Management. I asked three times to speak to a Manager and every time the answer was that the manager was not there, which honestly I cannot understand and accept.

I requested a discount which was never given, neither I was contacted by anyone, which shows how much they care about guests and complaints.

I love Holiday Inn Express brand (I worked in one too) and this is why I took this to my heart and why I am writing such a long review. Such a property should be managed as it deserves and provide to the guests the memorable experience they look for.

Had a great experience back in March 2015. That was our first trip to Dubai. A short one with family but because of the weather and warm hospitality, it was pretty good overall. Coming to the hotel, standard express holiday inn hotels are great value for money and this one was no different. Pretty comfortable stay. Great location as well. Loved it!
