I just wanted to mention how welcoming the hotel is. They always make sure that my room is well taken care of. The reception staff is very wonderful, specially Daisy and Nang. Actually everyone in reception give exceptional service.

Mcgettigans is also a nice place to hang out. The bar is very modern and the vibe is really great. Ika and Alfi are very attentive, and all other staff as well. So thank you so much for always making my stay great.

Great service, all staff members were attentive and helpful. Special thanks to reception team Daisy and Winnie and Duty Manager Chris as well. I really enjoyed my stay! Pool staff also truly caring and delivering great service. Housekeeping always there for you if you need anything. Thanks!

We stayed in Holiday Inn to celebrate my birthday with my family. We heard that this is a new hotel and decided to give it a try. We checked the hotel reviews and it didnt disappoint! From the check-in all the people in the reception are very accommodating. It was a busy day but they are in their best smile. Mr. Chris and Daisy from the reception was very helpful. Throughout of the stay Daisy made sure that we had a great experience despite the busyness of the hotel since it was a public holiday. Her friendly and welcoming attitude was a real highlight of our stay, and we would highly recommend her to anyone staying at this hotel. Thank you for helping us spend my birthday/family gathering special ????????????????????

I have now stayed in this hotel 4 or 5 times. My first stay was when the hotel opened and every time i stay i see the staff and management constantly making improvements in their service. The staff are friendly, attentive and listen to their customers. The management are visible which makes a big different in a hotel. The hotel is conveniently located for business and pleasure. I love staying in the one bedroom suites and i will be back again!

My favorite hotel in Dubai, if you're diamond member and have the privilege of staying in their penthouse apartment you'll love it. Car is needed or taxi it's not walking distance to food or clubs, though there is a grocery store close by. There's a shuttle 2 times a day free I didn't use it. The gym is top tier and 1 of the best breakfast offered in all of dubai hotel wise ????

Amazing hotel, spacious rooms, the best part of this hotel was the staff. Very helpful. I forgot my passport in a taxi, Jabbar (valet parking) really helped by calling the taxi company and he kept me updated until the passport was handed over to the hotel by the transportation company. Freddy, front office manager always smiling and accommodating and was so helpful, I had issues with my courier, and without any hesitation he went out of his way and helped me get it. Entire staff at the hotel were so amazing, definitely will come back and will be my favourite place to stay.

We stayed for a night in this hotel. There is no doubt to say that it was one of luxurious experience.

Good welcoming staff at reception, there were some confusion regarding check-in procedure but short out in few minutes.
Room was super clean and nice city view. All amenities were available at room. Room service was very fast, they delivered a Pizza within 15 minutes, that's amazing!

We had breakfast at Buffet restaurant, it was lovely. Huge selection of food. Very attentive and friendly staff, I would like to say thanks to one of restaurant staff JACQUILINE (sorry if i spelled wrong), She was very friendly and always making sure that we have everything.

Highly recommended!

The best staff ever I’ve ever been with
The amout oh cleanliness this hotel prefer is amazing. Best food too. Go check it out once you’re in uae. The staff named Hedrine was so kind and humble. We loved her. Will definitely visit again soon.
