The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped with plenty of towels and toiletries.
The hotel also provided a great range of facilities, including a fitness center, swimming pool, and spa. The gym was well-equipped and had a good range of equipment, while the pool was clean and refreshing. The spa was also very relaxing and the treatments were of a high standard.
Another highlight of my stay was the food. The hotel has several restaurants that offer a variety of cuisines, including Indian, Italian, and Arabic. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive with a great selection of dishes to choose from.

My Finance manager, who was staying only for 3 to 4 hours business meeting, arrived and they tried to charge extra for her. Even though I had paid for a double room..
Very rude staff , they even waited outside my room whist my Finance Manager was having a shower. never go here.. very rude.. horrible staff.

The only plus point for us was it was hardly 300mts away from the metro, so great accessibility.
Otherwise I would say it's good, but not great.

Just Book a hotel in Double tree by Hilton in AL - JADDAF. Was the best hotel but had to shift because of personal issues.

A complete honest review please read before booking this hotel.
AND IF YOU ARE PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
1) First of all i would want to say that the room service left my room open the entire day after cleaning. There is no safety of your valuables. I have seen so many open rooms all over the floor where after the room is cleaned they leave it open maybe it was taught by the management’s.
2) The Rooms, the Services, the Hotels. It’s completely trash. I would really recommend someone to book something other than this hotel there are many good hotels. Try al jadaf ( S19 )
There is loud music constantly playing in the ground floor, the clubs and the constant parties keep loud music throughout the night.
There is no proper management of the hotel. The front desk is So rude and they treat family based on money. I was told to pay tourism tax at the middle of the night at 1 even after me being in the hotel for 2 more nights. Even when i have a small baby who was crying to get in the room they had locked all my key cards so i couldn’t enter
The bathrooms are broken and stinking really bad. They have damp ceilings and water leakages. And there is no one who will do anything about it. There is constant dripping of water from the ceiling.
And when i had checked in there was no fridge no hairdryer no water i called 3 times for it and the management rudely explained me where a fridge was kept and after me telling him its not there he was shocked how are they so clueless about there rooms what are they managing if they aren’t aware of whats happening in hotels.
