Honestly never really had a bad experience with Ryanair. The tickets are cheap and the service is good. The lauda planes are probably what brings them down, damaged seating, good service thought, and a loud ringing noise throughout the plane which we have never experienced. Overall alright. Cannot complain for the price.

Truly the worst airline operating in Europe. If you have any sort of issue, their customer service operations have been designed to be as infuriating as possible, in the hope that you'll just give up and let them keep your money. Incompetence is an essential prerequisite for all staff members.

Yes I gave it 2 stars. Allow me to explain why. I found it fascinating why when you have booked your flight you then have to pay to sit together and then after that you get free gum on your belt. Luckily I did not get charged extra for that. Sure the plane took off late but we didn't have to pay extra for that. I especially enjoyed the last minute gate change too. In all I'd prefer to drive but and it's a big but, it's a simple fact that occasionally I have to fly with Ryanair.

I am really disappointed with the new ways of charging people such as check in on line. I have used various flights for more than 20 years and it was not necessary to check in online whereas I was charged £110 for checking in and they mentioned I should buy it as well apart from buying tickets and luggages. So, I do not recommend last minute at all.

Moreover, the flight also terrible and they keep the people on the queue for a long time and they do not respect the passengers either

I no longer fly Ryanair. I was sick and had to get home a few days early.
When I got to the airport they were so unhelpful, unapologetic and unsympathetic.
I ended up passing the cash to them and got on the flight anyway as it was my only option. Losing my return flight money completely.
I also said that was the last time they will get any money from me.
That was quite some time ago and I have kept that promise.
The actual flights are pretty awful with the cabin looking and feeling like a bus. The leg room is pretty poor too.
They also play a silly music thing if they land on time. I only ever heard it once as they were late on most flights.
The cabin staff are nice like most airlines so that's the 1 star positive on the review.
When I used to fly with them they had unallocated seating which was horrible as it caused running and panic to claim a seat. Can't forgive them for this mistake.

It's a shame as I like companies who have quirky marketing and Comms like Ryanair, they are also really cheap, but they treat customers really poorly in my experience.

This company will try to scam you when it has the chance. Was scammed with 55gbp for not having the app at the checkin counter on a transit flight. Previously, I had asked an employee on my previous flight where I was supposed to check in, to which he said that it has to be done at the counter at the transiting airport, not mentioning anything about the app. It is as if they are trying yo do anything to get money from you.
Plus, advertising lottery tickets during flights? Wth is wrong with you people??

Seems like I am the only person giving more than one star recently. It's true they will charge you every way possible, for luggage, personal checkin, seat booking.......but when you look at the price of the flights, it's not surprising. I found that by downloading their app and looking at your emails, you can avoid issues. We had 2 return flights to Dublin with an extra bag for less than £100.....that's cheaper than a train to the airport!!! There were no delays and helpful staff. Certainly no thrills, but if you want them, pay more

Worst experience I’ve ever had, flew from United States into Europe for work and they didn’t send my bag with my work equipment, not only did i invest in myself to get to work but they kept my work equipment and did not pay for my missed work because of their mistake n now I’m bout to lose my job because of this airline in a whole different country. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS AIRLINE TRUST ME. They Dont take care of there customers when they make a mistake no matter what’s on the line. Now i have to see how to feed my family cause i can’t get my work tools and I’m out of the country. Craziest time of my life. It’s gotta be somebody who can help
