Whilst the shisha was very good and decent for about an hour and half, sadly I had to wait 30 mins and constantly reminded the staff of my order. The restaurant was empty. Service is very slow, given the place was empty they team should really consider how to be more proactive.

The Russian shisha was good and the services once delivered was good. I wish the experience was not ruined.

Actually no matter where you go the matter is the company with u,
Secondary the place;
As shisha lovers I can say it’s 80% was Good and
80% for the food almost fresh but the burger bun not that fresh, fries ???? was tasty , I understand we came like 11pm . Last, it’s little costly
I give 5 stars to the staff all of them specially the Morocan’s gentleman ????????

The place is a must visit. It’s cozy and amazing they have like 2 floors complete privacy and the best food and pizza I have ever had.. to visit it’s close to all the ppl from barsha, motor city and near by areas..

it’s a cafe that you will find you’re comfortable at
a great service and a totally friendly, polite staff
also drinks and Shisha excellent there

The Cafe is very Boring , the staff are very moody and Aggressive , I called the manager to tell him about the staff attitude and the manager was even more aggressively , if you order something it takes a long time to be served , in general they don’t care to be friendly with the customers and they talk in an moody aggressive way as they don’t want customers to come , the Management should know what’s going on and how their cafe staff treats people ,

End of my journey to this cafe as customer service to loyal customers who came over 2 years almost everyday / still cut throat way of charging for every bits. It’s sad really to see how they failed to retain a customer
