Unfortunately, Rayna Hot Air Balloons resulted in the ACL tear of my fathers left knee. The pilot should be fired (avoid him, his name was Rizwan). The pilot and manager (Alizeh) took my mothers concerns of her knee replacement as a joke, failed to understand weight distribution, and blatantly lied to our faces when confronted. The landing for this balloon is told MID flight as being one where you will essentially flip and skip (crash landing), and there are no regulations to ensure the safety of the passengers. Essentially, because of the failure to be transparent and money hungry, the company shows that its goal is ignore passengers concerns, and maximize profits. On the flight we were on, my fathers both knees were to a point where he couldn’t walk because he got crushed by the genius pilot and managers logic of placing a 250 lb individual in front of a 170 lb individual (my father), which resulted in extreme degenerative changes to his knees during the crash. Apart from this google review, the company will be reported to Dubai Tourism, but do yourself a favour - ANYTHING BY RAYNA TOURISM may result in life altering injuries. Ownership should be forced out of Dubai, and all licenses revoked (as the two main investors are not Emirate.)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Thank you for a trip of a lifetime! I didn’t imagine how peaceful and calm it would be floating 4,000 feet in the air! There is nothing scary about this, it’s just beautiful up there. The rise and landing were so smooth, and it was absolutely magical watching the sunrise all around you and seeing the desert come to life. I highly recommend this ride with Hot Air Balloon, for their great staff and very sweet captain Tour Dubai, beautiful balloons and care they give their customers,

Hot Air Balloon Tour Dubai is absolutely amazing, I enjoyed every part of the journey. Their hospitality is unmatched and overall perfect. We had Captain Yosh, and Tour guide Nabeel who was very pleasant to be in company of.

I would recommend anyone reading this to take their package as it is worth every dime. I would do this again and I suggest you do too!

Great experience. Sunrise from the sky is beautiful. Just little less people in the baloon would be for sure more comfortable
