Came across the advertisement on Instagram and the response online was just too good to be nice, instantly all my queries were addressed and booked appointment for Major Service which l received both pick up and drop off service of my car. When it comes to communication, all was great with Mr Shawn. Highly recommended garage and after the service l visited as the place to make that l had the right people fixing my car. Easy to locate and very professional team.

Unfortunately, No 0 could be found to rate this place!!! Such a nightmare!! I trucked my car back to the dealer after waiting 2 weeks for them to search YouTube for the reason my car keeps going into limp mood!!!! I was charged 750 dirhams for labor without having my car serviced!!!! I have already filed a customer fraud complaint with consumer rights and Dubai police as I work hard for this money and I’m not paying them a single dirham. This is the worst experience since I moved to Dubai in 2011!!!!! Unskilled workers who "don't even have the basic knowledge" are constantly searching YouTube for your problem to find a reason your car kept with them for a few days so they can charge you without getting the job done!!!! ! My car had a fault in the speed sensor distributor and I got my car back with the same fault as they couldn't find the right sensor in the market!!!! They never feel Shame they are unable to do their job right!!!!

My car radiator broke and the compressor got some issues. Took it to Hot Piston and they took care of the car and had it fix in 1 and a half day. Not only did they take care of my car but also me as a customer.

Definitely would recommend! I take my company and personal car here.

P.S. The owner is very emphatic and down to earth lad! ????

Hot Pistonz team had professionally managed my vehicle service. They clarified all ky queries, kept me posted with service status at various stages. CRM representative Pratiksha has supported with timely quote and work completion. The other team and management was very customer friendly and keep to support in all possible ways.

Very happy with the professionalism and customer service of Hotpistonz. They managed to do a rear and front brake pads and disc polishing within a day, used genuine original parts and kept me updated throughout the process with pictures and videos.
Definitely a garage in DIP you can rely on.

Disastrous place! They just feed you with lies upon lies! Had fuel pump replaced and then 40 minutes later car broke down again with the same issue. Not only did they charge a ridiculous amount of money for the replacement, they did not even do the job properly and IT STILL has not been fixed at the moment of writing.

UPDATE: So they promised that they would come and take the car away. Mr. Shawn specifically said that he would be coming kept on giving me several time windows on when he would be coming then never came. Then he said he would come the next day to pick the car up, car is not working so it’s not like I can take it there by myself, he never came. When I asked in the evening if he was ever going to come, he said why did you write such a review!? I was speechless! They’re questions why I wrote the truth of what they did to me in my review while they’ve defrauded me of almost a 1,000 Dhs and I still don’t have a working car. Shameful! I’m going to see if I can take it somehow to the garage to them since they gave me a 1 month warranty and see what they do. I’ll be filing a police report if nothing comes of it.

UPDATE 2: Since they refused to honor the warranty and fix the car, I reached out to another garage which confirmed fuel pump wasn’t the issue so Hot Pistonz robbed me of that and fixed the problem. Had no issues whatsoever from then on. Filed police report as well as consumer report, both of which said they would be reaching out in 4 working days.

The best mechanic shop you can find in Dubai as per my experience! They are reliable, competitive, always transparent and very fast, but most importantly they will make sure to not let you down! Mr Ali support all the time was very appreciated and Miss Reetu was very professional with a great sens of customer satisfaction! Thank you again for your help.

I had my experience with these guys.. SUPER!
When my car temperature went crazy.. Honestly I just had to run to the nearest garage that showed on my GPS and BOY WAS I FORTUNATE ????
alhamdulillah it was these people.. Super professional, fast, friendly and considerate.. It was Ramadan time in the evening.. and I don't know how to get back home.. They actually drove me back home.. I mean.. WOW!!!!
you don't get such humane decent treatment everyday.. Next day they fixed my car.. They were honest enough not to charge me more.. Not only tjis but also they made me a discount!
Hot Pistonz is my go-to garage now.. I found all sorts of cars there.. Super high end luxury ones, middle class ones & humble ones like mine ????
Totally recommend ????????????
