I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Abbott’s. From the start of my sale to completion I was kept informed every step of the way. My sale was not straightforward but all members of staff were encouraging and assured me “ we will get there”, and we did. Excellent throughout, and I have no hesitation in recommending Abbott’s. Great customer experience received from Abbotts. We have tried to sell our property 3 times with different companis. Terry was honest and clearly done his home work when he came to value the property and valued it at the right level to enable us yo sell in 2 weeks. from the moment we went on the market to the day of completion the whole team were engaging and supportive. Paul provided twice a week catch ups between me and the buying to help resolve any issues we had. Whilst we have said we wouldn't sell our new property, if we did we would definitely use this branch again. service was a*. Thank you Abbotts

Really happy with the service provided by Abbotts in Thorpe Bay. What should of been an easy sale of my flat, had every twist and turn you can imagine. My stress levels were tested and I don't know where I would of been without the help of Paul and Lucy. They really went the extra mile to keep the sale on track and prevent the buyer from pulling out. Lesson learnt from this sale, in future I would use the Solicitor firm recommended by Abbotts. Thankful that you guys kept in touch with me, helped chase things with the buyer and their solicitor. Thus enabling me in turn to chase my solicitor. There were other issues but the team were all over it, working on my behalf and helping the sale continue. You guys really went the extra mile for me and I whole heartedly recommend you. You can't go wrong having these guys in your corner, they work hard to sell your property and ensure the sale goes through.

I can not speak highly enough of the superb job that Lucy and her team undertook in selling my property in Shoeburyness. They kept me fully informed of how things were progressing with the sale and were always available to take my calls and answer my questions. Nothing was too much trouble for them. There are a number of Estate Agents along The Broadway Thorpe Bay. I'm glad I choose Abbots.

We asked several estate agents round to value my late mum's house. Paul Benge was brilliant. The valuation the highest price we were given , it was in the middle but it was realistic and in the end we got 10k more than the asking price. Another estate agent valued it 30k less The office girls were fab and we were kept in touch the whole way through. They service showing people around the house was excellent and we were always kept informed. Abbotts Thoroe Bay were recommended to me by one of mum's friends who also had a really positive experience with them. I would 100% recommend.

Abbotts took over the contract to sell our property, when a "better known" company just broke promises.
