Absolutely horrible customer service. The shop assistants are quite racist & would not even bother to help us with an issue we were having with our outfits.
They wouldn't even stand to talk to us. Highly unprofessional staff & they require heavy bit of training to respect & treat customers in a respectful manner. Never going back to such lousy people.

Worst customer service, unprofessionalism by the sales rep, the alterations were made by the sales rep wrong and the mistakes were blamed on the costumers.

Up here on holiday, booked them to bring us into Mablethorpe for a meal, was advised by the waitress to book taxi back so I did, same gentleman took us on return journey even though he should have finished for the night after dropping us earlier, he told us that having brought us in he felt responsible for making sure we got back again, big thank you to that man for his time, he is a credit to your company
