There is no Bank Available at this location. The Only option is the ATM Machine, but the withdrawal occasionally gives error. Deposit is available in this machine

This is with regards to HSBC Premier Master card. The bank claims that with this card you have complimentary access to many airport lounges, it’s a nightmare to find out exactly which lounges and bank never confirms instead direct you to their website which is a maze to navigate through and you will never find out which lounges are included in the complimentary list. I went to DXB T2 Merhaba lounge which I was told is free but the lounge said I’ll be charged $32…. I had enough and went to KFC instead ????????????. Anyway the bottom line is that what HSBC is promising to their premier customers is far from true and nothing but disappointment and sometimes embarrassment. Anyway, I’m thinking of moving to another bank and will be happy to hear your suggestions.

When I was depositing the money in the machine, the ATM took the money but without depositing them in my account. Now it had been more than week and i am struggling with the bank to get the money.
Also, , most of the time when you visit this machine, you will find not working.

HSBC has become cheap bank. I've been waiting for more that 15 minutes to speak with a representative. Tried 3 times in row but no avail. I think the bank needs to shut down. Shame on you.

1 local online transfer took more than 7 days and nobody has any answer at their call center as to what is happening with our transaction.... Horrible service.
