I arrived before opening time on a weekday and they opened the doors pretty much on the dot. There weren't any other customers at that time and thus I didn't have much of a wait to be served, only for the staff to set themselves up which took about 5-10 minutes.

I had a query about obtaining transaction information and confirmation on a closed account and after being told to wait for a while I was tended to and my query was fully resolved to the best the staff could do so.

I was happy with the visit and glad I went there to resolve an issue that the call centre and customer service centre could not.

The worst bank in the UAE stay away from this bank. Very poor call center and customer service experience. They are blocked ATM cards without any reason and when you visit the branch they send you to other branch then other branch representative said come tomorrow our system not updated. Don't open account in this bank

I required signing of bank statements, issued by HSBC itself, for UAE central bank attestation.

Branch refused to do it, sighting risk (on their own documents!), without a request from the central bank.

The central bank said this is an old process and that the letter has not been required to do this for a long time.

So HSBC is not keeping with central bank processes. Will look to file a complaint after I finally get it done!

I went early and was attended to quickly. Did not have to wait. My work was efficiently handled by customer service. The whole process was completed in just half an hour.

The q system was not working so I didn't get a ticked immediately but was seated by the Security.
Was there to withdraw cash for a premier a/c holder. Teller/Manager very courteous and the service was prompt

Okay, this is my 2nd visit to the branch. 1st time it was poor response time attending customers with lot of working staff sitting idle. This time, it was way better response. A staff was assigned to check with customers at waiting area, asking what was the issue and quickly guided to right representative to fix the issue. I was in and out in 10-15mins, without wasting my time sitting idle as i did first time. As commented early, Branch is well furnished and ample space to accommodate around 20 customer at one time.

The worst bank I ever seen the people in the counters will be busy in chit chatting and eating.They least care about the customers including premium.
