Bloody disgusting took my parcel back to sorting office went to collect yesterday found out they had new opening hours 8-10 and 10-4 for the rest of the week. Why take the parcel back to somewhere they know if you work you cannot collect from. Arranged re delivery 8 days later not confident it will arrive.

If I could zero I would. What kind of office hours are those? Your driver's barely follow the instructions when you take the time to fill them in when every other delivery company can.

Visited today and mentioned that nearly every time I visit either a post office van or member of staff is parked in the disabled bay. I got a very rude reply that they don’t have to provide disabled parking, anyone can park in it including staff and I should park elsewhere. Not convenient when walking is very painful. Zero points for customer service.

Recently after months of missing parcels and letters, I had two geo tagged parcels delivered. I could see them as they sat in the 'delivery office' for weeks without moving.

What I've discovered is that Royal Mail doesn't actually honour the fees they charge. Instead Newark Royal Mail deliver once a week, or I'd they don't feel like visiting your route, once every 4 weeks. It's telling and damning that Hermes deliver significantly faster.

My advice is to ask the company you're ordering from to use alternatives to Royal Mail, that works for me. It's quite obviously a business not fit for purpose, enormously mismanaged. The staff have always been polite to me, they're also let down by horrific mismanagement.

A relic of the past, use an alternative. Just not suited to a modern, fast paced environment.

I think they should change their Friday's working hours, I went there to send 2 parcels on Friday (one first class and the other second class) at 18:45 and they couldn't receive the parcel because the lory had already left and according to them 1 class delivery can't stay overnight but my second parcel was a 2 class one and they couldn't take it either.
