I think consistency is a core point of Huawei in Emirates mall, I bought my 2nd laptop for my kid few days ago.

Mr Kareem help me through out the journey and suggest the best laptop, And here I want to Highlight Mr Suraj the Assistant Store Manager who did not waste any time in handling a angry customer in the store and by calming him down from the situation and comming back to me and Kareem to arrange the stocks from his warehouse.

I will advise all the negative comment sections to be patience, they do the best to severe the customers so chill.

Guys they do free delivery anywhere in Dubai, I highly recommend Huawei Emirates Mall

Excellent services, they replaced my phone screen within 2 hours, staff are so friendly and kind, parking available, nice place they open to late time, I recommend this place thanks

I visited here by invitation for a meeting. When I approached the reception, I conveyed my purpose for visit to the lady at reception. She did not bother to look at me and continued to do what she was doing. I then looked at the security guard who was standing next to the lady and repeated the question. I was asked by the name of the person I am meeting. When I provided the name of the person that invited me, the security guard turns to the lady asks “ma’am, is there anyone working in the building with that name”. She says “no” and still was doing what she was doing without making eye contact. I then stepped away and spoke with the person who invited me to Huawei for a briefing and went in with his help.

The bottom line is the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. The management needs to do an investigation and take necessary actions to ensure this doesn’t happen to every potential customer that’s visiting Huawei.

I will continue to attend the meeting I am invited to out of courtesy to the person that invited me but any relationship with Huawei is a big No!

Went to a workshop there on new products, it was surprisingly good, i won a competition for a new product. Then i got completely aired, not contacted and could never contact them. Talk is pretty cheap
