Your local budget-friendly store that offers a wide range of fashionable clothing and accessories at low prices. The quality of the clothing is variable,l and really don’t last that long. Customer service is average, and the store can get very busy. While it may not be the highest quality or most luxurious shopping experience, it's a good option for those on a tight budget looking for affordable clothing and trendy styles.

This is a very large Primark, set on several floors, and features just about everything, from men and women's clothing of all styles and designs, to aromatherapy oils and geometric candles, there's even a small Micky mouse eatery for the children. Today the shop was tidy and the staff were kind. I was very happy to see a much enlarged menswear collection, featuring some bold designs and interesting textiles. For all that people may say about Primark, their commitment to using greener materials and kinder manufacturing processes is admirable.

Visited today (15/7 a busy sat) while in lakeside picked up a couple of small items and my husband went to join the queue, a very nice sales assistant came up to my husband after seeing his walking stick and said no need to wait follow me then guided him to the till and served him promptly so that he didn't have to stand in the queue which would have left him in alot of pain this is the first time that someone has done this for him and we very much appreciated this service thank you so much from us as a family.

It is a massive shop across 3 floors with plenty of parking outside.

Mens section was on the top floor

There was an enormous collection of socks, predominantly black and grey with a small multi pack of unusual colours.

I went there looking for dark brown and tan pure cotton socks.
I could not find any.
I asked a lady assistant for help and she could not locate just brown or tan socks.
When I said I was looking for 100% cotton socks she said they did not sell those either just cotton blends. Come on Primark, cater for this atleast.
Having said that, I am sure there are many many products that will satisfy the needs of the many, not the one.

Very poor customer service from the floor manager on shift (ground floor, Saturday 24th June around 6pm). Size swap for the same item not allowed even though still in season. Lack of discretion and encourages dishonesty. Will next time shop elsewhere

Found what I wanted eventually, lots of items left around the store , wasn't a great size selection and queue was huge , didn't seem to have enough staff to deal with the volume of customers and store looked a little messy , but it was a pleasant experience and although staff were stressed still very polite.
