A place of pilgrimage for Smiths devotees, along with Morrissey's teenage home just down the road (though sadly the actual door Johnny Marr knocked on is long gone). It's wonderful to read the messages from fans all over the world left on the bridge.

It also serves as a serviceable bridge over the metro link ...
