Expired and wrong product, worst customer service ever. never keep promise and no respect for clients.
Check photos.
Dear dubai vape: if you try to say i am scam or hater or whatever else please keep it so i will save the mails and sms for myself.
Here i update i emailed your all address and sent sms and no action from your side.
Will expired soon and you can not say you can use it two month as well this is not professional.
BTW: I’ve been asking for so long no one has called and i can’t take risk to use product which will expire less than two week.
The items get rid of at the time of review.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - DO NOT TRUST. They sent me the wrong (much cheaper) product and do NOT respond to emails, phone calls, FB messages, whatsapp (courier) etc. I should have read google reviews before ordering. I will be raising a police case against this business and notifying the relevant consumer group. I will also be having the unit checked to see if its even genuine. Absolutely disappointed. DO NOT TRUST. Outrageous behaviour. Flashy website hiding a very dark and dirty business indeed. Avoid at all costs. I ordered a SMOK X Priv Chrome colour - they delivered a SMOK G Priv Red and black - MUCH cheaper product (see pic) the item was sealed in a brown bag and stapled. Courier rushed to take money - I also tipped him (stupid me). He couldn't get away quick enough once I handed over my money. I called him immediately, only to be told that he was no longer in my area and someone would call me back. No one did. I called him again the following day - again brushed off telling me someone would call me back. Now the courier has blocked me and the other lines they list for their business constantly ring out. 3-4 emails later - still no reply. Facebook message- no reply. Shocking business practices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Ordered yesterday, heard nothing. Emailed, no reply. Checked my order to find it had been randomly cancelled for no reason and with no notification. AVOID.

Ordered got confirmation email, then nothing, followed up and no one replies, wish I had read reviews as it seems to be a common problem

This business cannot take any criticism whatsoever. Every 1 star review they write 'spam from competitors'. I suggest you learn to take reviews as constructive criticism and work on your customer service skills.

I asked for 9 e juice bottles. 4 of one kind, and 5 each of a different kind.
They sent me the wrong 4x ejuice bottles.
I followed their instructions for customer service. I replied to their email.
It says email is invalid.
I tried using their website, to request customer support. Still no reply.

These guys are trash at customer service and fixing their own mistakes.
So I highly encourage everyone to shop elsewhere or in person.

Thier prices are fair and delivey time is good however I ordered flavours but I have recieved the wrong order! have tried emailing and calling them but they dont get back to me and their number doesn't work. Please update your contact details. Ps my order number is IVD14814.

Very bad customer service experience. Recieved wrong order and when asked to replace their answer was that one delivered also work! Will never buy from there again and i dont recommend to anyone
