Perfect hotel to stay at if you want to stay near the World Trade Center and the metro! Room service and staff was amazing especially Santos as he made sure our rooms were nice and clean! Breakfast was very delicious with various options! Service was fast and effective as he made sure we always had water and basic essentials to ensure we had a comfortable stay! Rooms were a little small but other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was small but impeccably clean and well-appointed.
I really appreciate Mr. Sanjay for cleaning the room daily.

The hotel staff are very helpful and educated. The whole structure is new and well furnished. The breakfast is satisfying, and the location is great. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is pretty much clean, and attentive. The only downside was is the curtains, they do not close completely thus allowing some sun into the room in the early morning.

We had a 1 night stay with my husband and kid. Its a clean hotel, with a perfect location. Staff is really friendly. The attendant from restaurant Wok and Co , Tiffany is really sweet and respectful and made us feel very comfortable.

Yatin from the restaurant Wok &Co is very helpful.

All over we had a nice time.

Amazing room and amazing place! Especially for our Room attendant Shantosh! He cleaned our room nicely and perfectly also Menuka is a very good staff! I like her service

The hotel is good with good amenities. Room cleaning is done on regular basis & cleaning stay is friendly they accommodate as per the time. Santosh is one who helped in the cleaning. Need to improve the food menu in a better way for the breakfast

The AC inside the room smells from time to time but it's fine.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Location is close to work so it's good in my case but it's not centered in Dubai so keep sure you check the location first.
