My review perhaps only represents a rare event, but the problem was severe, and the front office service was satisfactory.

Check in was quickly and proficiently excited by the front office team even though we arrived later after midnight, so thumbs up for that.

Noticed multiple insects in room 538 crawling in the bed after I was awakened by the inch on my skin, which puts the cleanliness of the hotels rooms and the housekeeping standards in big question. After all, cleanliness is always number 1 for lodging business including 3-star hotels.

After the issue was reported to the front office by me at almost 4 am in the morning, the agent quickly issued me the keys to a new room on the same floor nearby so that we did’t have to trouble ourselves too much for moving. Nice recovery overall.

Sorry to say but one of the worst hotels Iv stayed so far!
The Ac’s are set to 22.5 •c
I was sweating the entire night in the room! The room became so hot after the midnight that using the fan would have been a better choice!! The lobby’s are hot like 2 star hotels n all the rooms I tried to change are the same temperature!
So much discomfort caused !!!! Would never recommend it to anyone even if they were giving for free! ????

Good and affordable hotel to stay in Dubai, location is also very good.
I would specially like to thank and appreciate the breakfast buffet management team of Prajwol and Vandana to take care of guests and provide a wide variety of buffet offerings to choose from and also keeping the dining area near and clean. Keep it up

The place for saty was very nice environment quit. very good staff restaurant staff are amazing specially thanks for prazol he always ready for help and very humble and form the security Bisnu are very helpful overall very comfortable to Saty here

The location of the hotel is very perfect, near to the dragon mart where you can buy the house holdings or do the shopping, easy access to the airport. Staff and room is very good, specially thanks to narayan khatri for best room service.

Stayed there for a week in room # 609 with outside view . Smoking rooms are available only on 5th & 6th Floor . Reception team is very polite and professional . Excellent service . Neat n clean room and bath . Superb . Buffet breakfast was good .from 7 to 10 AM daily . On walk in distance Dragon Mart Shopping centre , cafe and dining options . Bhesraaj & Nand Kishor provided superb service from housekeeping team.

Beautiful stay at ibis ....very clean and facilities are good.....specially Mr. Narayan khatri from housekeeping facilitated my stay with proper arrangements.

The rooms and hotel is very clean. Loved the breakfast spread also. Specially staff Rana and cleaning staff Vikas and Umesh are very hardworking, humble , helps out and does excellent cleaning.
