On a serious note, zero responsibility and credibility was experienced. They know nothing about cars and what needs to be done. My car was here for 4 weeks and they made me buy parts which were not required. Still they were not able to fix it. At last I was forced to take it to another garage and fortunately it was completely repaired (including the damage done to the car by this garage).
If there was a negative star I would have given it to them just to highlight my deep dissatisfaction with their services.
