I thought I will post my positive experience here as most of the reviews are negative. I went for an address change of my account which I couldn’t do on net banking as the documents refused to upload. (I went a weekday morning)
I was met with Ms Nisha, within 10 minutes the process was done.
Normally I would be hesitant to visits an Indian ICICI Branch, due to their relentless sales push of their ULIP products. None of such things here today.

They messed up my account when I converted my account to NRO and they made my India Address which I want to change because it is no longer my address but they only accept passport as address proof. Aadhar is not accepted (my new address is updated on Aadhar). So they are harassing the new owners by going there.

When I ask them to divert the debit card and chequebook to my branch in India, the customer service tells me it will be sent to the communication address - which is not helpful at all. That is the exact opposite of what I want.

I have not had access to my online/mobile banking for over 5 years because I don't have a debit card and they still keep charging me for a debit card I don't have. I am so angry and frustrated.

In India, they were willing to accept my aadhar card for updating address. But not in Dubai. So stupid.

Very poor customer support, unprofessional & rude staff, please use other banks like HDFC / axis if you are in dubai

Really bad experience
1.Tried calling on the landline number for past 2 days no one picks.

2.If any information/ query being asked from the employees have to wait whole day and with no luck of getting the query resolved.

3.Our all the work gets instantly sorted from the Mumbai Branch employees.

4.Bank is spending huge amount of Salary on the employees and very poor customer service.

5.I believe having a representative office doesn't serve any of customer purpose rather it's adding cost to the Bank.

Of late ICICI NRI services has reduced drastically - i was assured of a call back atleast 4 times and none of the time i received a call. Ultimately i had to call and ask for a manager to sort out by debit card delivery status

1.It’s useless to try connecting customer service.043965333. 2.I visited the branch to cancel my account as NRE fund transfers were not working as per the instruction from india branch.But the officer asked me to update KYC instead of AC cancellation for NRE transfers. After several try through mail, I could manage to update KYC. But still the issue not solved. Fund transfers are blocked.
