Thanks to Ahmad for the awesome customer service. We had them do our leather seat covers for our honda city - it was not a hundred percent perfect fit since the model year is 2023 and as expected, no ready made seat covers yet in the market but the team tried their best and we liked the outcome. :)

Great group of people. Very happy with the service here. Great fabrication shop. They’ve done work on both my FJ and Orbit trailers and have always been very happy. Highly recommended

Update: March 2023
The team at Icon did a great job figuring out how to modify my trailor to accomodate an articulating hitch I purchased. It wasn't an easy task but they did a brilliant job fabricating and providing a overall beautifully finished job. I took the trailer out this weekend and can say that it handled beautifully and gave me the confidence I needed to manage some rough terrain safely with my new articulating hitch. Well done and thank you Icon team.

I bought a tow hitch receiver for my LC300, quality of the product is very good and I had a great customer service experience starting from the time I enquired online up to installation of the product. All the staff in the shop are friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this shop!????

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had an electrical issue with my lights of my vehicle and couldn’t find the right accessories anywhere else. Dwayne from Icon Auto came to my rescue and fixed my issue there and then without having to make an appointment or wait for someone to help me. I highly recommend them and will definitely make use of them again!! Good job Dwayne and thank you again for your kind assistance ????

There is a huge demand for what they do, you can see from the number of cars at their shop. However, because of this, customer convenience is not their priority. Also, their prices are too high. I was able to get the same job done at the third of their price somewhere else without leaving my car for three days.

Their Ajax trailer ,inspected and found to be built to take the adventure head on, with apt adaptations to articulate when in tough terrain. Thank you Ahmed for showing me around and detailing the capabilities of your adventure trailers
