DO NOT USE THIS REAL ESTATE COMPANY !
I have been living in Dubai for 4 years and have dealt with several Estate agents over the years. But this is without a doubt the worst. The specific agent I was dealing with FAROOQ ASGHAR continuously read and ignored my messages and phone calls over the space of two days. It wasn’t until I kept calling to ask for an update that he finally then updated me with a blunt rude message. To which I ok that’s all I wanted to know could of saved us both the time if you would have told me that when I first asked instead of ignoring me. Obviously needs some lessons in basic customer service.

Mr. Imdaad was the most amazing agent I’ve worked with. He is very professional, friendly and super-responsive throughout the process. He understood what i needed, very quick to find options and made sure i found the right property. All thanks to him to make my property hunt so fun. Imdad has been really helpful in assisting me in managing my villa in the Villa project and see that i have the right tenants. He has been helpful in guiding me with the updated market prices, laws and new regulations. He is genuine in his thoughtfulness and give honest and meaningful advice when it comes to me seeking rental evaluation and also selling evaluation. I will highly recommend him to my family and friends.

I had only been dealing with Icon Real Estate just pretty recently (after cutting the middle man agent from another real estate firm out of the equation) and since then, it's been smooth sailing with whatever I needed done for the flat I'm currently renting.

I have to give a special shout out to their reception, Ellen, who helped in processing the renewal of our tenancy contract (on top of reducing the rent further than what was initially asked for). Ellen had also helped in expediting this special request I had for AC cleaners coming in to vacuum all the dirt from the ducts (as the building management had strict rules of having outside maintenance teams doing work without the proper forms in place).

Ellen helped despite being the weekend and she also made me feel like everything was going to turn out okay with regards to getting the AC cleaners entering the building without a hiccup (which did happen).

I haven't dealt with any of their agents, but if Ellen was her promoted to being an agent, I'd deal with her any day as she puts my mind to rest and that I know I'm in good hands with her.

the agent i am in contact with barely answer her phone and at times she drop calls on my face. what kind of service is that ?

other than that the office ca be improve since it is too open the moment you enter you will see the full office, and it is so hot it's like they don't use AC in the office.

Great little place Less than 60 second walk to the beach. Great value, very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
