IDAMA continuously failed to fix the fresh air in my apartment in JBR Rimal. This leads to low pressure in fresh air conduct leading to bad smell entering my apartment. I have called several times and now also proceeding to complain to DP and Dubai consumer rights

Very Poor Service from the Contractor Team. While Selling the apartments they show bigger commitments. Bad Maintenance of Building lifts as well. Such a worst management never ever seen. No one responsibly taking care neither complaints raised attended on time. And no permanent solutions. After servicing again same problem arising. After 2 months.

Worst experience ever

I complained from last 3 months regarding breakable marble of platform. They did today but not finished the work. House is full of dust & they proudly said we will do rest of work tomorrow Cz we forget machine today. Even they left without cleaning house.

I wish I can give you a lower star, but unfortunately it is not possible. You have the worst service any one can ask for. You say you'll send people, you never do. And if you do, they are unprofessional and unhelpful. Worst maintenance service in UAE

Either no one picks up the phone or they hang off without even saying hello, and if they're generous enough they reply wrong number!

Very bad service. I complaint about leakage on June 10 and till date no one has called me back. This is truly a bad customer service

Very bad service team, since last 5 days complaining for power issue. Nobody care about it, some technician coming and leave as it is. I don’t know why they are getting payed for if they don’t know how to fix a basic socket power issue.
