We had real bad experience with them. We were taken to location where we didn't have booking and waited there for 30 min before moving to other random location. Even at second location we didn't have booking, however we were taken there along with your bus tourists. Due to this, we had 5-7 minutes long safari & no opportunity for pictures on dunes. Even the camp was completely mismanaged. During this entire movement, we were doing sync up with multiple involved parties on international roaming phones.

Pathetic experience. I wish there were negative ratings I would have liked to give tht. Not so “ideal” AFTERALL. Do not think of booking through ideal. We booked through thrillopia. The transfer experience was horrible. The driver didn’t know the location we were supposed to be dropped. We reached a particular location n waited for 1/2 an hr but there was nothing then after frantic many calls from us, we were sent to another location. There made us wait for another 20mins. Finally we got on the dune bashing ride which ended in just 2mins where it was marketed as 1/2 an hr. Camel ride, photo with falcon , local costume dresses was all included in our cost but we were charged ultimately for it. The programs so called belly dancing, fire and tanura dance were pretty average and they also lasted for 2-3 mins each. Food was pathetic. We were given a total racist treatment where many other country guests were allowed 2-3 pillows to be taken where we were particularly instructed by one goon to take only one pillow for each guest. When one of us raised our voice the manager came apologizing about it but the guy who had instructed and went did not even come to say sorry. Bloody we had paid equal amount as other guests did just to get this sickening treatment from the locals at tht safari. Looking at this mess we upgraded ourself to premium seating PAYING A GOOD MONEY EXTRA. There when we reached a particular table the table was messy with all used plates n food all over. We requested someone to clear the table he said “no cleaning” n left. The food was horrible. The dogs in our apartment gets fed better. IDEAL TOURS DESERT SAFARI IS NOTHING BUT A COMPLETE CHEATING. TOTAL CHEATS THEY ARE. I REALLY WOULD WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK FOR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND DESERT SAFARI TO ANYONE TRAVELING TO UAE

We were cheated. The dune bashing ride was wrapped up in literally 5 minutes after waiting for almost 1 hour with a driver unable to speak English having no clue where we were supposed to be dropped, waiting in the middle of nowhere. I have not seen a more chaotic, mis managed, exorbitantly priced desert safari. We were supposed to have falcon photo taken as part of the package too but we were made to pay 20AED additionally.
Arrangements for dinner were more like how they would be in a refugee camp. You are supposed to make your own seating arrangement can you believe it?
On top of that we were yelled at , humiliated just for taking an extra pillow to make our table..

These guys really need a crash course in hospitality and how to treat their paying customers.

To summarise, avoid Ideal tours like a rash. Spend the time instead at your hotel swimming pool.

We had extremely bad experience, we were offered 10 min ride for dune after 1.5 hr waiting. Food was pathetic and staff working there is even more pathetic. No one should choose this, I wish there would have been negative rating. I would have given that, if there would have option.

Very busy with camper vans and general traffic, but to be expected during the Summer. But of course the single track road with absolutely stunning scenery is well worth the inconvenience. BTW don't ever feed the deer

Beautiful place near to glencoe. Mountains and small rivulets make you feel like you are in Jurassic age. Once also happened to bump into a friendly reindeer

An absolute must when exploring the Glencoe region, this spectacular drive has attracted thousands of visitors seemingly inspired by Bond in ‘Skyfall’. Unlike the single lane roads in Wales where passing one another requires crossed fingers and gritted teeth, these roads have numerous passing bays, easily allowing motorists to overtake where required. With numerous vantage points along the way, Glen Etive is well worth the detour.

Single track road to get there al so know as Sky fall road (James bond,)

Incredible mountain landscape with scenic views all around. The single track road to the Dalness is narrow but well surfaced and has plenty of passing places. Even on the sunny July day I visited, Glen Etive was quiet compared to Glencoe, and only 15 minutes away.

One of the best view's in the whole Scotland.
Single lane road so be aware if you are not confident driver. Also, many people parking in the the passing bays what doesn't help...

The most beautiful tranquil peaceful remote and quiet place on the planet ...... take a little walk beyond the end of the single track road and you feel like the only person left on the planet! ????????udb40udc67udb40udc62udb40udc73udb40udc63udb40udc74udb40udc7f???? God's Country

Great scenery. We discovered it whilst we driving to place known as James Bond Skyfall Road. All around you is the beauty of nature. The beauty of Scotland
