I was always on a diet, there are many clinics that I have tried and many kinds of diets I have done but none of them worked as the ideal protein worked for me. The program and the products help you to lose weight and burn fat but also maintain the muscles. If you have a sweet tooth like me, there are variety of snacks which will satisfy you and help you to keep your diet. I lost 15 kg with the help of Dr.Babak and dear Alyaa ( the dietition), who I really appreciate and she is so kind and supportive. I would recommend everyone to give it a try as I had never seen such results in the last 25 years.

I am very satisfied with ideal protein as i lost 11 KG in 2 month and half
Now i am in their step 2 diet plan to loose more 7 KG ????

I attributed my wieght loss to IdealProtein. Grateful for Doc Baba and Doc Aaliya for their commitment in allowing me to push through the diet program. Helped me to reach a waistline of 38” from 44” or 95 from a weight of 124. After 2nd phase of the program, I had to change majority of my wardrobe as they have become too lose.

Ideal fit located in Al wasl and they have introduce very good diet plan and we have to go weekly basis follow strict diet in order to reduce target weight. They also supply meals for breakfast, lunch and snacks with required excercise in order to reduce the target weight.

This has been the most amazing experience for me. I started their bespoke Keto program in March and I am close to meeting my end- goal. From BMI 35 I dropped to the normal range and I have never felt better! Other than the outstanding service (weekly consultations and support) they also provide qualitative keto- products and supplements. If you would like to get healthy, lose weight, than I would recommend their effective keto program!

I had such a good experience here. I met with the nutritionist and we did the Body composition test and she explained to me the different levels my body is at now and what the recommended diet and products to use.
They have a wide variety of products for breakfast, lunch and snacks option! I definitely recommend this place for people who are looking for a modern way of weight loss with this modern Keto Diet.

I am very happy with my visit in Ideal Fit Center. The
dietitian was very competent and customer oriented. She explained me everything about the high protein keto diet and answered all my questions. Highly recommended to visit this place if you are seeking a professional service to lose weight. I also love their snacks, they re not only healthy but also so delicious!

These guys are very very helpful and the meal plans are very easy to follow since they give you the majority of the food you need. Also the doctor is very helpful in making sure you remain healthy and dont have any issues with the diet.

Ketosis is very effective but requires for a lot of work from yourself to make sure the weight stays off.
I lost around 35 Kgs thanks to them in around 8 months
