When it comes to IHealthy foods, you just have to choose this restaurant because they got the best meal, there mushroom burger is so awesome????????????????

Love to eat well but don't have time to prepare your own food yourself? Love tasty food but need to keep on track with your healthy lifestyle goals? I could not find anywhere in Dubai where I could eat regularly, at a fair price, where all my meal objectives could be met.

Idk tbh their food is a hit or miss, and overall not so amazing but I get that that comes with trying to be healthy. Wish they had more salad options. The Swedish meatballs are good. The vegan power bowl was really bad in my opinion, they were trying to put so many different flavors in one bowl that didn’t taste good together. Most of it was dry with no sauce. Wouldn’t recommend that.

It’s worth a try, my favorite is their Açaí and Spicy beef burger in the picture I provided.

If you order from app delivery will take 1 hour and 20 minutes only for burger ???? and And he calls you from a number outside the country I will not order again

The only thing to do is give this a 1 as I can't make an appointment. 9.07 called an automated machine told me that all appointments are full and must call again at 9 am tomorrow. Surely it is not out with the gift of the surgery to organise a bit better than this.
The problem is that writing this and complaining won't make it better and no one cares...been like this for years.

Nightmare!! Phones lines open at 9:00 am for an appointment, I call at 9:00am and Im 48th in line! Is there a secret phone number that I don’t know about that gets you an appointment?? When You finally get through, there are no appointments, call back tomorrow. The reception staff are terrible. They want to know what the problem is before you speak to a doctor, why? Your reception, not a doctor!! When you do finally get an appointment the doctors are great, not taking anything away from the doctors at all, but everything in between speaking to a doctor is a joke!! Worst reception staff I have dealt with, they think they own the place!!

Almost impossible to get an appointment if you work full time, got results and was asked to call back next day for an appointment and joined the queue in position 18, 15 minutes later was offered a late afternoon appointment which I couldn’t take as I work full time in another emergency service, was advised to call back in 6 days to try again, when I went in to ask for my results the waiting room was empty, not a single person, what was once a great practice has fallen way below what it should be. No wonder mental health cases are going through the roof.

I’ll general the practice and staff and great bit appointment system and ordering prescription are not easy. If you dial on stroke of 9 you are normally 20 in queue and know they are busy and prescription line like now mailbox of full have a more modern system as allow ordering online

Receptionist attitude is shocking ,spoke to me like she was the doctor herself… impossible to get an appointment if you work full time and if u don’t take the first available appointment they’re is nothing they can do for you!

My family having been using this surgery for years but it is now becoming a joke to get an appointment. I have tried for 5 days to be seen and at 9am as soon as the phone lines open you are being told that routine appointments are full. I sat for 40 minutes this morning only to then be put on hold and no one came back on the line. not good enough. my father tried for 4 weeks for one as he had a chest infection. seriously sort it out!!!!

The worst surgery I’ve ever attended. Doctors are generally good but getting an appointment to see one is basically an impossible task. Calling at every morning at 9 on the dot will result in an hour on hold just to be told that all appointments are full for the day and to call back the next morning at 9am. Rinse repeat. This process will continue ad infinitum until one argues ones case enough with the receptionist who may finally relent and give you an phone apt with a GP in 3 weeks time. By then you’ll probably be dead. Better off going to A&E. I cannot believe that in such an affluent area like Bothwell, this is the level of service residents receive.

Let's be fair. We all know GP's are heavily overworked - so I don't blame the practice much. Once you manage to get an appointment the docs and also the admin staff are generally friendly. What puts me off is having to discuss medical issues with unqualified staff to get an appointment in the first place - and the fact that 2,5 years into the pandemic we still have to call on the day rather than having a proper appointment system again.
